actually i am craving fish most of the time (especially sushi which is killing me!)

I have just swapped some of my ingredients for Low GI alternatives like white potatoes for sweet potatoes, white rice for basmati rice and it's been pretty easy. O.k i'm not on the diet to loose weight so i am pigging out on things in between just because i can (like the empty box of smarties in front of me!)

I'm also craving a lot of fruit which is fab! My aunt sent me some LOw GI/GL books and they have stunning recipe's in and even gorgeous desserts to make!

Hey Mandy dont make me feel guilty, I am so unhealthy this time around.MIL is alwys reminding me how healthy I was with Imanna & now she does not see a lot of vegies....

Vix - breathe preggie fairy - you want your babies relaxed chickie!! hows that low gi diet going - that multiples dvd scared the crap out of me - everything you eat defines their brain power!!! FISH FISH FISH and veg and seads and beans and all those things healthy hey!!

Zamzie- well i can tell you it's already way better than the one i bought a few years back and cheaper too.

my honest take on camcorders, these days most record to mini DVD which sounds great except that if you don't have a DVD player that is compatable with mini DVD's you'll still have top convert it to a regular DVD on the PC. I have a mini Video camcorder and all i do is plug it into the PC and make a DVD from there. So basically the same thing.

if you buy one that records to HD it's very nice but you'll need a HD player and HD TV in order to see the benefit during playback.

so if there is a better one for less or the same price that records to tape then don't avoid it purely for that reason. Tapes are cheaper and also re recordable, you will need rewritable Mini DVD's if you want to record over in the future.

I bought 10 tapes when i bought the camcorder and i just re use them all the time.

Vix I found a sumsung camcoder on Kalahari I am not sure if its good or not will tell DH to check it out I need it this week cause we are going to ST lucia for the long weekend we really need to capture every moment for Imanna.
