So lectures ended just before 1Pm. Does anybody know where HUGGIES gold is on special? I ended up buying dry comfort for day use @ R139. I don't think that's really a special considering I can get gold on special for R150.

Having chinese food for lunch. I just got home 20 minutes ago and was not in the mood to cook. And g had his hands full with madam today. She woke up to early...usually she sleeps 11 to 13hrs...and last night it was about 10hrs..so I could see after an hour or 2 of being awake she got crabby. So gave him beans while I was gone and chucked washing powder out, etc. Glad I missed it.lol

Simone- I'm so pleased you & G could get out on your own for an evening! R27 is such a bargain for movie tickets (well I think so although I don't go very often) Sorry about your bad night last night, C has some nights where he absolutely insists on milk and so I give be cause I can't fight for hours on end.

Leigh- I hope Frans' interview goes well tomorrow. Hope you Braai was fun!

Mandy- I must say, I don't think the Gautrain will be as busy as they had hoped because it really is very expensive, it's actually cheaper to drive and park at the airport than it is to ride the Gautrain. But yes I'm sure it's just good to experience it for some. I hope you have a lovely holiday and enjoy meeting the PE girls tomorrow! X

I have very sensitive gums thanks to the pregnancy and to be honest it'sd aching like a ****** I can't imagine just how sore teething is for these little mites! I have the greatest sympathy for C right now!

Oh todays fun, I was hanging washing and C comes to me saying 'errr errr' like when something is dirty and he shows me his finger, he had investigated the inside of a fresh dog turd! To think I will have 3 boys.....

Mandy yesterday was supposed to be 16 and it was not that cold! The gautrain sounds exciting but I am not a fan of darkness and being in elevators long...claustrophobic! But glad u and cam enjoyed it!!!

Re: being overwhelmed...ag shame...these kids are so resilient....we sometimes expect them to always go with the flow, but obviously too much for him.

Well (Vix u'll be proud) I wore my hubby out yesterday *wink wink* LMAO!

P.s. Addy slept like Crap!! Woke up freakin 3 or 4 times...screaming! And we had to give bottle...120mls watered down each time! No idea what was going on!

leigh, must say, at least with your dh, you WANT to find the love again, that is so worth holding on to!! Good luck for his interview on monday!! Holding thumbs.. also wanted to say to you, that when he doesnt get a job, i really do believe its not meant to be and we just dont know the reason yet in life until the next better one comes along - so holding thumbs that this job is THAT NEXT BETTER ONE! - like my mom was trying to sell a house she had as her ONLY investment for retirement and the deal fell through two months ago and she was devastated, well she just sold it now for a much better offer!!

Simone - gerard it THE BEST - infact i hope i get to meet him! he really is a gem.. so its 19 degees here today simone in PE.. nice weather.. it was a little cold, but nothing like jhb and nothing a jersey didnt fix..

So the gautrain was really awesome and so well organised. although the sandton station underground parking is incomplete and it looks like its a building site still, then you drive in and there were assistants like every 20 meters telling where how and why etc, someone helping with the tickets and someone helping with the lifts.. the escalators go really fast - which i love and vix and helen they had 3 sets of escalators taking you really far down to the train just like the uk.. we went so far i assumed it must be an underground train the whole way and it obviously started in the dark, but then it did go overground and that was the part that cameron started to enjoy !! The train came in 7 minutes and again there were assistants guiding all the people on board to get off first and then we got on. Mostly white people and many with younger kids taking them out for an adventure! The train was so seemless that Marc and one other dad were both making train noises for their kids for the fun of it but you dont hear any train noises at all - it goes at 160 per hour so were at the airport within 20 minutes even though we stopped at two stations!

Cam luckily did fall asleep on the aeroplane but only after 45 minutes of being over excited.. we had a TINY seat and he had to sit on my lap and he managed to reach above me and put the light on and dropped a million things and managed to hit his head on the seat and basically acted like a monkey so i was quite relieved when he fell asleep! Then seeing my family was the best and cam had to get to know them all over again. His four year old cousin charlie kissed and hugged him all day and is just so super cute with him. cam was a bit overwhelmed with his two cousins which i was so surprised by as they fight and shout at each other and at cameron all the time and cameron was wide eyed etc..like they jusmped in the bath shouting and getting excited that cam was going to also bath with them and then cam didnt want to get into the bath coz it was such chaos with splashing and shouting and people all excited watching the cousins bath together, so i kicked all the spectators out, fetched cams bath toys that i brought with him and then he climbed in! anyhoo - he is STILL SLEEPING this morning and its 07h30 - he stirred 3 times with a little moan in the night but never cried once so he must be EXSAUSTED!

I typed a long reply this afternoon and then pressed submit and it said code incorrect (as usual)...and I didn't see....then Addy took my phone and she was in my calendar....i see she was changing a contact and I had subscribed to 3 RSS feeds! Lol. Needless to say my post was gone!

So my friend was treating us to movies today but her mil took ill and we cancelled. Then the whole family is supposed to go to spur next weekend and my sister cancelled. I got so depressed cause I was really looking forward to both....

So Gerard said screw that...he'll go to jail for us to have one date...lol. So we went to see Eclipse! (paid R27 for 2 tickets with mil's edgars card???Wow!). Then we went to the spur. The food was yummy! Gerard had a divine steak and I had chicken schnitzel. Was very good! Had a lovely evening. Really needed it...cause I swear we have not been out since february maybe?

Mil watched Addy and they had fun...

Leigh- an ann summers themed birthday party sounds like fun! I'm sure your cousin is super excited to see her cake now LOL I'm pleased Frans is on a better shift next week, I know it would drive me mad to have Elwyn working nights, such a lonely time in the evenings (although the way you're going with all these cakes you probably don't have time to feel lonely LOL) and some quality time together will help! But Leigh, you've done so well on your diet already, you must be feeling more confident about your image already so enjoy your time together and try to feel good about your image! Think sexy! You're a hot mama of 3!!!

So I went to reggies this morning and for R200 I bought 2 jumbo packs of pampers and even had spare money to buy some plastic reptiile toys for C! Wooo hooo for bargains!
