Trying to keep up with you ladies at the mo is nigh on impossible!!

Yoza thoughts are with you friend. X x X

Vix - Hope I haven't missed it, how is your mum now? I don't think I had a chance to mention how cute C looks in his underpants :) You gotta love that bum, I always give Oliver's a tweak :) Baby's bottoms are good enough to eat hehehe.

Simone - Hope the interview went well...?! Will be keeping fingers crossed you get some good news.

MissK - Hello! Wow on the post, nice work :) Glad all is well with you, you are very lucky to have such a supportive family ;)

Ally well done on the weightloss! So nice of your dad to treat you.

Christi - Congrats on the Transfer :side: Yay! Thanks for the offer with Marteen lol, Theo is very capable and quite the handy man (I wouldn't have dreamed of buying a house that needed so much work otherwise!), the only problem he has is I can't help with lifting and shifting at the moment (and we have no family close and our friends just aren't that way inclined) so he has to wait until he's got a casual in to help him at the weekends when there's any heavy duty stuff. As for the bath stuff, are your bath's enamel? It'll only work on enamel baths and it will scratch them a bit which will take away the shine but it does get them nice and clean again (ours are like 15 years old so they're already very scratched and the shine's been worn away anyway). Our baths looked like they'd had the qrong cleaner or something poured into them and it had left a horrible yellowy red stain, I made a paste with cream of tartar and peroxide (I just picked up a bottle from Dischem was like R12) and then I just scrubbed. Then once it was all done I left it for a day and then I put some car wax on it to get as much shine as I could back, you'll need to get proper car wax, I went for Turtle Wax which was R140 but it does help, again its just some patience and some elbow grease and may take two or three applications. Hope that's useful!

Lelani - I forgot to say the pics of your family are lovely :) Chanel is gorgeous and Zian just looks so content. Love the photo of him in his big boy bed :)

Angie - Hope you feel better soon, glad DH has been so good. When is your trip to the Spa? Definitely sounds like your body is in need of some R&R.

Lwasi - Fab news on the Pakistan trip. Well done girl ;) Amu will appreciate the things you are sacrificing for him.

Leigh, one day nearly down :) Soon you'll be able to count the hours until you get news ;)

OK I'm hitting a blank now...hello everyone else lol :)

Oliver still has the runs but I've had 5 poop nappies today instead of yesterdays 7/8 so hopefully he's on the mend, he's had nothing to eat but stuff to try and bind his tummy today so hopefully we'll see an improvement tomorrow. He's still eating fine and there's no fever so I'm not too concerned yet, I think if it carries on tomorrow then I might have to look at taking him to the doc. His bum is still a bit raw from all the pooping (sorry TMI lol) but its loads better than yesterday and if we have no accidents tonight (he didn't last night so FX) then I think it'll be nearly all better tomorrow.

As for the night wakings, Oliver often stirs around 10-11pm, it can be anything from a cry to a moan but I rarely have to do anything about it, I figure that's just the time he goes in or out of deep sleep. He often moans/cries in the night as well but he rarely needs attention, it lasts maybe 30secs then he goes quiet again, its only when it turns into a full blown cry that I'll go into him and even then I'll leave him for a couple of minutes to see if he'll settle himself which he often does.

Co-sleeping only happens if we really can't get him back to sleep so it only happens after say an hour of trying to get him to settle. I always end up with the short end of the stick when he comes into our bed as he turns himself sideways, Theo doesn't budge so I usually end up precariously balancing on the edge of the bed with the Oliver trying to kick me out, both of them hogging all the covers and then the cats usually come along and try and push me out as well!! Neither Theo or I were ever really allowed to sleep in our parents bed when we were kids and I think its made us want to keep the bedroom as 'our' space. These kids take over the rest of the house, I don't want them invading our intimate space as well. Which leads me to my next question, sorry if I'm being cheeky but how do you guys that co-sleep get intimate lol?! Does it mean that you always have to find somewhere other than the bed?!

Anyways, dinner is nearly ready so I shall go eat, will dish up an extra large portion so I can pick up some more weight. Not often you hear a woman say that hey!

Yoza, was it you who mentioned about making cake? It would be a pleasure :)

Hi Miss K, wow, thats a serious message, I think you just about got everyone in one bang :) I don't have a great long memory after having 3 kids....I'm minus a few brain cells sadly.

The tweenies...I like that :)

Enigma: where about are you in CT? I figure you are muslim? If so.. ramadaan around the corner hey??lol do you do any preps before hand? Any pics of zaid?

Lwasi: my goodness what a good lady you are for sacrificing for your LB!.. i wish you everything of the best with your Pakistan venture.

Lelani: youve got adorable kids! They look so happy!! Glad no more fights between you and DH.

Nayeela: nice to ‘see’ you!! How is your gorgeous K doing?? Behaving for you guys??

Julz: not sure what may be bothering D.. sorry not much help from my side.. saarah still wakes between 1nce and 2ce a night sometimes even more, not a train smash for me.. lol

Zee: glad you had a lovely b-day and that you got spoilt.. how is miss Ziani doing?

Angie: sorry to hear you are feeling poorly.rest up and you’ll be better in no time..:)

AFM: all well this side.. Saarah becoming one heck of a performer and drama queen. Picking up words at a rapid pace so have to watch my p’s and q’s LOL. Seems she is cutting 3 teeth at once so she is off food at the moment BUT still a happy lil chappy

Riiiggghhhht.. you guys speak about finances and groceries.. all i can say is I WISH to do and buy my own groceries BUT unfortunately we cannot afford to. DH and i live from day to day BUT we survive.. somehow but we just do..i buy cleaning goodies every 2nd month and lucky ive got a nanny who is understanding and does not waste. Saarah gets what she need on a weekly basis.. no money for luxuries my side so my cupboards has been bare for quiet a while now seeing that DH has started a new apprentice job so he brings home the bare minimum BUT only struggling abit now.. i have much more to be thankful for than to mope about it.. i have MIL to thank aswell.. she has been cooking for us every night so we just park our behinds down and eat...thank goodness for that.

Oh and with the subject of sleep arrangements in my house.. we co-sleep.. and I LOVE IT!!! Cannot imagine Saarah away from me during the night..lucky we have not had any rough sleeping yet. I literally get panic attacks thinking about her sleeping away from me..eeeeeekkkkkkkkkkk

Ok so i have to get going... will try my best to stay in contact..
Mwaaaahz to all 

Vix I will give the gentle try for a little bit longer ... not quiet fancying the idea of getting hit & pinched & dealing with huge outbursts at the moment. But I do agree going cold turkey would be the quickest solution.

Leigh some of the ladies here have much bigger first kids ... Lelani, PFairy, Carika, who am I missing??? So their second kids are in the age group of our first ones.

Not looking forward to the start of our weekend. Friday is fils brothers funeral. Saturday morning I will get domestic in and in the evening we're having big family get together with my moms family as my aunt is going to her daughters in England & Begium for 6 months. Sunday will have to get Shreys stuff for the week and hopefully some rest for me too!!!

Thanx ladies.

We also have quite a full weekend. Saturday is the meet, Sunday is the christening in thr morning. While I'm there C is taking the twins to my aunt and then we'll go for lunch and a movie before picking them up. And then I also need to get some shopping done for our holiday. Can't do everything and pack on Monday.

I LOVE the idea of a walk Julz, sounds like a plan. I hear you about the ear thing. I'm keeping an eye on her, I might take her to the clinic and ask them to have a look. I can't see a doctor in our Salticrax box, (sorry Simone).
SOunds like a nice jampacked weekend you're having. We're trying (again) for the pizza evening.

Angie, I know why you have laryngitis....its because you shouted one of your long messages yesterday, that will teach you, hee heeeeeee

I think I've decided, if Frans gets this job then I want an electric blanket....aaaaah.

DH is awake, 3 kids in the lounge with the heater on - they're watching Shawn the sheep. Almost finished my butterflies.

In the UK I had somewhere between 13 and 18 antenatal friends, and of those I was the first to have a 2nd baby. Do you guys know who was the first out of all of you? Though half of us only had 2nds. And I think only 3 of us had 3rds.

This is a very weird thing to say but I remember when I was younger, if I got into bed with my mum, she used to hold me like a spoon from behind - and I'm not sure I liked it, I think I've always wanted my own space. Maybe why we don't co-sleep.
