Evening girls
Charnenay woot! I am super jealous even though I cant be as I havent been behaving like you - those biscuits got me AGAIN today!
Having cottage pie tonight.
I think if I even just cut out biscuits and crisps and sweets all together I'll lose my pregnancy weight. I bought a couple items of clothes today to get through this heat but so depressing buying such a big size

I used to be a size 8 weighing 51kgs! It was too skinny but i'd even be happy in a 10/12.
My girl is still too small I feel to be ready for solids. She's growing nicely on just breastmilk so I will leave it at that until I see the paed mid december again. The thought of introducing solids kinda saddens me cause it means yet another chapter closed as they get older. Its all happening so quickly!
Nikki we missed you! When do you go back to work? You must definitely try come next time. Cpt ladies are any of you away over December? Seems most return to work in january so maybe we must try the 2nd week of december or the week before christmas?
Babyzee what did hubby do while we visited?
Blessed if only you stayed in cpt! But the jo'burg ladies must do something too!
Hehe yep she's definitely the smallest! But she does almost everything just like the others - except she wasnt so happy yesterday - been like this since last Thursday.
Woohoo nice on the sleeping through! K has also done a 9hour stretch once but was from 7 - 4am.
We've had sleep regression last week. She was waking up at midnight / 1am and again 4am and then 6 or 7. Her usual pattern is from 6 - 2 which is 8hours and then wakes at 5:30 or 6 for food and then wakes at 7 or 7:30 to wake up.
Last night she woke at 2 and then 6 but she didnt go to sleep after again.
I sprained my hand today

I order pre-made meals at the moment as Kaylee's most difficult time is also when I'd make supper. DH gets home between 6:15 & 6:30 so I cant cook earlier. But the lady sent the food with her father today and he's 75! Imagine R1000 worth of frozen meals being carried by an old man! So I immediately ran to take the food from him but it was so heavy that I strained my hand doing so

I got a 'safe' (nothings really safe when b/feeding) anti inflamatory and I've wrapped it in a bandage but typing is hurting it.
We took K to the surgeon for a follow up today. She just checks vitals / pulses and the cut. She is happy with Kaylee and doesnt need to see her again. So next visit is paed in December, and then cardiologist in Jan. That's the big one as he will do an ECG of her heart and we'll know for sure what's going on. He will check the part which was operated on but then also the other conditions which they weren't too concerned about. But I just stress that maybe one of the others have gotten worse and we wont know about it until then.
Anyway best get supper dished quickly. Nighty night.
