Hi ladies

Charnenay, hope you are feeling better girl. It really does get tiring now and I thank God I managed to arrange my leave earlier than scheduled.

So I booked the Brazilian wax for Sat but have chickened out after reading it would take about 20mins! So got my electric philishave and sorted myself out with no pain and fairly quickly as well. Don't know why I didn't think of electric shaver earlier!

Still going to have the pedi though, my feet are swollen and not looking its best so can def do with some pampering.

Had a very relaxing day, my mum helped me put up the curtains. Need to move the cot, it's one of those room in a box cot/compactum/cupboards/bookshelf and very heavy, so have to wait for fiance to help with that.

Thank goodness for my mum-she has been an absolute angel. Taken over the cooking and really is spoiling me.

I've got 6 weeks til ML - we just interviewed some possible temps, so it's def real!!
I'm still feeling great but am so looking forward to meeting LO face to face!

I am so jealous of those on ML, i am exhausted mentally, physically and emotionally i cannot wait for mine three more weeks to go.

I have been having really bad BH and baba is kicking hard on my left side its so sore. He has been head down for weeks now i just wish he would more a little sleeping is a mission.

first to all the mommies on ML - ENJOY!!!!

ok so yesterday i went for my 34w check up. our lil boytjie is doing good. he weighs bout 2.1 at the moment, BP 70/110, enough amniotic fluid, cervix still long and closed (baba has not yet dropped - he is resting his head on my one hip bone) and i've only gained 5kg to date Doc said baba's still bit small but doing great otherwise. AND i have not yet booked my bed...we are waiting until the next appointment to decide wether it will be normal or c-sec again.

and girly doc support me with the no peth take on things for labour, that is also why we want to make the call at 37w. also dr said if it is c-sec we will push it until 16 Aug (which is 40w) and he currently suspects that if it is normal i will go overdue..as far as 22 Aug i guess only time will tell what we gona do.

Afternoon Mommies,

LOL too the waxing im way too scared to even consider i shaved myself for my last check up but that was with many difficulty i prob looked like a monkey trying to get everything clear.

My hubby laughed so much he sed he wud help me but im so nervous, but def wont be doing the waxing.

Hubby built babies cupboard and i managed to sort all judes toys and everything so that there is space for babies stuff, the room looks perfect and actually a bit more cleared. Going to use the cupboard for all Judes clothing and the compactum for baby, plus i have loads of shelving for nappies blankies the works .... so im a very happy mommy.

Cant believe how time flies, my next appointment is Friday 16th so excited!

Baby is very active and actually wonder if she ever sleeps in there.

I chatted to DH about the situation 'down under' on Sat and he kindly offered to help groom me, but when I said it's not only the visible front that needs attentions, he looked abit panicky, so I guess I might take a trip to a salon
Any suggestions for a great-value, relatively pain-free wax in the Southern Subs?
(I've heard about Reveal Beauty Bar in Kenilworth that has some new wax that is pretty painless)

Nikki - I am sooo jealous of you being on maternity leave already!!!! I am trying to finish up today as well. might still come in tomorrow, but not after that. I am EXHAUSTED! and not feeling well today. Very nauseous, almost feels as if morning sickness is back!!!
Going to see if it passes and if not, going to call gynae to hear if I can just go to GP or if I need to come and see her.

As for the waxing - the thought of that alone makes me scared I already dread the eye-brow wax and leave that to the very last, can't imagine waxing down there! DH has been sorting that out for me - shame, he is very good about helping me with my grooming at the moment - he even paints my toe-nails if I want to wear open shoes and haven't had a chance to get a pedi I've considered the wax, but maybe after the pregnancy - right now, I am way too scared of pain - uncomfortable enough as it is

Ladies, enjoy your last few weeks with your partners. DH and I are trying to do as much together as possible before LO arrives. Last night, we tried to have a bubble bath together, but alas, my bums are way too big right now for both of us to fit in there We gonna need a bigger bath
