Mrs SH- it is really recommended that you do not give baby solids until 4 months as their tummies are not ready for it. But I do know plenty of woman that have added a little bit of cereal to the evening feed to make baby sleep better and have had no problems. I personally would not do any of that until you have spoken to your paed or nurse.

Lucy / Juandre - ja I'm not really one to take everything to heart that a person says, I guess I was just surprised that I didn't agree with her - because so far everything she's said, I've either been in total awe of or 100% agreed. Anyway, Alex will be the one dictacting what we do and how things work. Cheeky little monkey!

I'm alone in the office for the rest of the day! Got to go buy my boss' wife's gift from the office and then going to get my UIF papers in order. I'm so pleased, our accountant is a CA and she can 'certify' copies of my wedding certificate and ID(not sure if that's the correct word).

I'm starving today!

Nadia - I'm no expert on the matter at all, but I thought you were only meant to introduce solids after 6 months? I thought (again, I haven't no knowledge except for what I read on the internet...) that if you needed to top up feeds, you had to give formula? If it works, then don't change it. It's just interesting all the myths there are out there....!

Eve & Noster - awesome that you go approved!

Hi Ladies,

I'm just reading your advices from your antenatal classes, as I'm not taking any because there is none where I'm staying.

So please ladies when you come back from these classes, please update us who are taking any classes. it is very informative.

Nadia- looks like you are coping well with the baby, we will join you soon with our babies as well

Have great day

lucy i am the only one that can do the office work.

papies - his first poridge in his milk. no problem with it just keeps him fuller for longer, otherwise he wakes up every half hour for a bottle, but with the pap in the milk he sleeps for 3-4 hours.
