Thanks Eloise,

The first EDD date was 15th June and the last time I went to the GP, she said 7th June (this was the 1st week of May.) She did however say at both times, that the baby seems to be 2 weeks behind (I don't know if that makes a difference?). She also said I must go with her EDD. I phoned her on Monday.

Ladies- regarding the panel heaters, did you get the smaller or larger size. I argued with DH to get the smaller size for the 9m squ room but he wanted the 12m sq one. So we got the larger one. It is not up yet but I am thinking after what you are saying that maybe DH was right to get the larger one.

I know what you mean about the Panel Heaters. Also disappointed! Basically they take the edge off and that is it... What I did last night was bring in my oil fin heater for a short while with the panel one. Then switched off the oil one when it got really hot and that kind of maintained room for most of night... but kind of defeats the purpose.. Wasn't sure if it was just us? And its not like the rooms a big... they are tiny!

What was your expected date at your first scan? Can you remember? And when was your first scan?

That would be the most accurate of scans.

wow my baby is really putting allot of pressure on my bladder & my cervix sometimes really hurt!

but i suppose it is normal - currently 34 weeks en 4 days

Thanks Eloise, I am so sorry to be such a pain, but then do you think that I should stick to the original EDD scan done through by GP, or my last EDD scan, done by the hospital?

Yes not long now - the mornings are soooo hard for me - wow! Cannot wait to go to doctor as I missed out last week and would like to know how Im doing now.

Simone - fetal growth spurts are pretty much the same as when your toddler or baby has a growth spurt and you can see the varying sizes compared to other little children. So between the growth spurt and genetics your lo will have a slightly different size in your womb. Dont forget that each scan machine has a variance of 3 or so weeks! Nothing to worry about.
