Vash, in theory your baby stimulates your milk flow and should feed until he's had enough. Sucking is a way of soothing, so maybe he's just looking for some extra soothing. What happens if you put him back on the boob when he sucks his hand? If he's still hungry he should feed. But i'm no expert - I top up with formula Maybe Meags can help.
