oh my newbie, classic stuff!!!! couldn't have been much fun washing everything at 6 in the morning.Our babies used to sleep with us till the great dane got too big for the bed!!!

It was a big adjustment for him though, but he eventually made peace with it, our husly never really likes sleeping indoors, she liked it outside... BTW, we've found them a new home, with our vet,we are taking them there tomorrow,they've just bought a nice property close by and were looking for pets, so yes all worked out.The old geezer has been pestering me all week grrr I don't even want to think about him anymore!

My question is, does the Health minister not have far better things to be worrying about! Yes, we all know breat is best, BUT not everyone can breasfeed, I mean after what I saw on Wed at the Edenvale hosp, there clearly are far more important things he should be working on that bothering people with such rubbish...

Hey all my gorgeous preggie fairies, happy friday... I am sitting in my study with the heater on, and warm clothes and eating some condensed milk, dont know why, but I had a sudden urge... lol

Jaundre, thanks for the info, i got everything, just a little confused about the 4 forms that are duplicates of one another.. Do i just fill them in or dr too?

vickyvdw - i also have to get 3 companies to fill in forms as I was retrenched almost 2 years ago, arrghh, what a pain, goodluck.

ashbabe - thanks I hope it takes off. I am starting with the training for the preggie belts on Wednesday, and will send u all a brochure later in the week. Please be advised, it is a medical abdominal belt, can be worn after a c-section or natural. But u need to get a letter fm ur gynea saying that u are able to use it before I can issue it. Just to make 100% sure. I need to have a copy of that letter and then can send u one.. I will also explain the sizing options after i have all the info.
Glad ur trip to home affairs was ok.. and glad u did all ur cleaning. I have too, but always find more things to clean.. arrgg

Fay and Missy - i dont have the pelvic pain, but i hope for ur sake it goes away soon, or at least eases, doesnt sound like fun

ashbabe - i have a slight discharge, but nothing smelly or very much.. i wouldnt worry unless it smells or is alot, just remember sometimes ur mucous plug can look like a whole lot of discharge (but i mean alot), so keep a watch out..i also wouldve been due on the 28th, but now possibly the 19th or 21st for the c-section.

Juandre_N and naomicee - cant believe that guy, some woman are also not able to breastfeed. I will gladly take 6 months maternity leave, if they paid me... ass hole!!!

Also girls the funniest thing happened to me this morning..

I have a little pekingese puppy, this morning, I woke up at 3:30 am and he was sitting at the end of my bed looking at me, I felt so sorry for him, cause it was cold and pouring with rain, so I picked him up and put him on top of my bed, which I never do as I dont like animals on bed.. Sad I know but I am a clean freak. Anyhow I dozed off again and woke up and as I put my hands down,on the side of me, the bed was wet, and quite wet. I shouted, BABES I THINK MY WATER HAS JUST BROKEN!!

HAHA we both jumped up and he was telling me not to panic, but we both were!!! so i ran to the shower to ahve a quick shower and noticed, HEY my pants are not wet!!! mmmm, went back to the bed and say my little puppy lying sort of entagled in the blankets. To realise, it was him.. Ah shame, i felt so terrible as the bed is to high for him to get off of and he mistakenigly wet the bed..

After washing everything at 6am this morning, and swearing and cursing to the not so nice start to the morning. I thought it was too funny not to share.. haha

Naomi- I have sent you the forms. I can't believe that a MAN thinks he can tell a woman that she can only breastfeed. If they ban baby formula's you will have people giving their little ones cows milk, cremora or porridge which you CAN not give to babies.
Also how can we be expecte dto exclusively breastfeed for 6 months when we only get 4 months ML and unpaid at that!!!!!!!!!!!

i have read that a watery discharge could mean the begining of early labour/ infection .. so maybe just keep an eye on it and also check for signs of early labour. as for boobs leaking with my daughter i leaked milk very bad from 5mths ( so i dontthink this is a problem, .. i had to change breast pads 3-4 times a day . )

Having watery discharge on a frequent basis during pregnancy is quite common. Generally, the frequency and the amount of watery discharge increases towards the later stages of pregnancy. The watery discharge is actually the odorless or mild-smelling, sticky fluid normally produced by the vagina. During pregnancy, its amount increases and becomes more visible.

There are two major causes of watery discharge during pregnancy. These are rise in the level of estrogen and flow of blood towards the vagina during pregnancy. In the early stages of pregnancy, the watery discharge shows a red color. It is due to the presence of a few spots of blood in it.

As the stages of pregnancy development progresses, the watery discharge shows the consistency of an egg white. The change in consistency is the thinning out and dilatation of the cervix that causes expulsion of the mucus plug developed during the early stages of pregnancy. Watery discharge during pregnancy is natural and there is hardly anything that can be done to stop it. However, you may try out certain things to manage the condition better and feel fresh always.

How to Manage Watery Discharge During Pregnancy?

As mentioned earlier, there is no medical or natural treatment for watery discharge during pregnancy. Therefore, try to prepare yourself to deal with the condition well. In order to maintain hygiene and freshness, you may use panty liners or sanitary pads to absorb the watery discharge. But do not use tampons during pregnancy as it may irritate your genital parts.

Try to keep the genital area dry and clean as much as possible. While wiping off the vagina after using toilet, make sure that you do it from front to back. Stop using tight undergarments, feminine hygiene sprays, scented pads, toilet papers and deodorant soaps. They increase the risk of genital infection. An ideal way to feel comfortable while having watery discharge during pregnancy is to wear cotton undergarments. This assists a lot in maintaining the health of genital parts.

Douching is a big no, no during pregnancy. Never opt for it as it tends to disturb the balance of vaginal flora, and makes your genitalia more prone to microbial infection. A pregnant woman should never try to treat herself on her own because even a negligible negative impact may badly affect the fetus. Therefore, do not take over-the-counter medicines to ease your discomfort. Always, visit a doctor for necessary assistance.

i have all my app dates, from the 20th may i go every two weeks then from 23 june i go every week, i am very curious to see how mt LB is growing as well and how much he weighs.
i cant wait now ladies, next week i am 30 weeks and will only have 10 weeks left if baby doesnt come early.

i am getting alot of watery discharge, not smelly or anything but quite a bit sorry about too much info but is anyone also??
and also my breast leaking so much, yesterday was the worst!!!
do u think that i will have this baby early?? i am due on the 28th July and the gyne said that if baby doesnt come by that day i will be getting induced again
so lets hope baby comes by then
