I was planning on submitting my UIF docs by the end of this month because they also told me that I can submit my forms 8 weeks before my due date...

Hi Ladies!

I've just joined moomies i'm 30 weeks pregnant with number 2 and due date is 21st July, having a caesar as well, didn't choose my date yet though, probably only choose a date at my next app.

I've checked with the Dpmnt of Labour in CPT regarding the forms i need to hand in for UIF and they didn't mention anything about the forms you're currently discussing, the one for doctor to fill in?

Newbie- I don't think so, as far as I know the dr only fills in the first one the others you fill in.

BTW all you ladies having a c-section.
