Morning ladies.
SindyD you are carrying a precious cargo, you will work-off the weight after the pregnancy.

Hope all the emotions are on a positive today :) this sunny day in Joburg should be a plus, although its not hot!

I get such bad heartburn lately, in the middle of the night  I stay upright after eating, but wil still wake up at midnite or 1:00am, such a nightmare :woohoo:

have a marvelous day :silly:

I am so depressed!!!!!

I just got on to the scale and OMG, I dont know what the hell happend!!! I only ate salads and really healthy foods, fruits and whole wheat and steamed chic and fish the last 3 weeks and I have picked up 6kg is that even possible in 3 weeks?

How am I going to survive the last eight weeks, if it carries on like this I'll def be over 100kg by the time the baby is born :(

OMG, I'm horrified :(

Hi ladies

I have missed you all so much!!!
Now that I am back in the office I can catch up on what you have been doing.

I am very tired today as I just couldn't get comfortable last night.

I have my gynae visit on Wednesday and have plenty of questions for him. I want to ask a bit about natural as I am back to thinking about it... After seeing the video at Antenatal classes I feel that since I have had a c-section and know what that is like I would perhaps like to try natural. It looks like an amazing experience and there is none of the recovery time needed like with the c-section. But like I say I have plenty of questions for him before I change my mind.

Vicky - I woke up with cramps in my upper arms and twiches in my shoulders and elbow the other night. It was a very strange sensations, but I thought maybe the same deficiancy as a calf cramp? Not sure - must be unpleasant.

Sindy - I was so surprised, I must admit. :P We definately have biggie on our hands. Thank heavans I'm not planning to go natural, else I would only have been disappointed again. I gained 1kg since the last Drs visit and that is almost all baby, as she has gained 9oogms in the last month.

Hubby said the other night I am like "the little train that could" I huff and puff almost all the time. I don't even realise that I'm doing it, its just that its becoming difficult to beathe comfortably, so I end up sighing and puffing all the time  Must be very unpleasant to live with, but likely I don't even realise!! :P

Hallo ladies,

Cant wait to go home, I'm tired :( Weather seems to be a bit misrable too.

Ashbabe: Still need a bit of stuff but I'm holding off on buying anything until I had my babyshower on 29 May. Only expensive item I still need is the baby monitor. All the rest is the smaller not so expensive items but together add up to be rather expensive.

Vickyvdw: I also have the numbness at night especially in my hands, weird.

Jo_C: 1.6kg at 28 weeks, wow, and I was worried about my LB being 1.045kg at 26weeks, doesn't seem so bad anymore.

Hope that the Gynea can give me an estimated size he is expecting my LO to be at birth, so that I can mentally prepare myself.

Well ladies I hope I manage to stay awake at my desk today, my boss seems to be in a mood, maybe I should just tell him he needs to smile more his bad aura is affecting my pregnancy  I'll probly get fired :cheer: then I can go home and sleep :woohoo: .

O no ladies! I see I have gotten myself all confused!! I was 28 weeks when I went to Dr and baba was 1.6. I am only 29 weeks today, not 30. Sorry.

Congrats to the 30 weeks ladies
