Hi guys

Jo, yes Dee is right. Maybe baby is ready for solids. Try see what happens next couple of nights. Hope it gets better.or it be a growth spurt and things will hopefully go back to normal real soon...

Patty, sounds like a cool idea, haven't really had time to think of that, come to think of it. I've thought of xmas pressies for everyone except my baby girl.I'd love to check those out.

With regards to going back to work, I have found myself the LOTTO in the hope of winning the jackpot!!  So I can stay at home with baby, I miss her so much during the day!

Dee, what product are you taking from Herbalife.? Congrats on the weight loss, I'm still struggling, I go to gym and have turned to healthy eating but I'm not seeing a big change at all. Ok, the last 2 weeks I have been very naughty.

Dee - thanks i haven't checked her gums lately.

Patty - thats my hope too. So I was thinking that if i can resolve whatever it is, I can get back to some sleep. Its alot more difficult getting through the day now that I am back at work.

Hi ladies.

Kc I also need that feeding spoon, my LG gets irritated wen interupted during feeds.

JoC if baby isn't crying or uncomfortable, then I doubt it's anythin to worry about. Hope it doesn't go on for long thou.

Dee Jan is almost here, enjoy every moment with ur baby. Sucks having to take babies to daycare, if only we could get paid while being SAHM :)

I got my princess a set of Xmas hat & sock with "Baby's first chrismas" embroidery @ Pick n Pay, then wil fill de sock with goodies. I'm thinking of a charm bracelet, then add chrms every Xmas until she older to use it.
Any other ideas for gifts?

Hi ladies

Naomicee - I started herbalife a few weeks ago and have lost about 4kg's thus far, apparently its safe for breastfeeding, and it seems to be working.....its slow, but its my own fault, for max results I need to exercise and thats not happening right now lol

KC1 - yes dont rush with solids, technically between 4 and 6 months we start solids just to introduce them to texture, not for nutrition...right now all they need is milk. I started with ODD at 6 months, and she is perfectly fine, it was actually easier because she was older, and had better head control.

JoC it could be alot of things, and of course it could mean nothing....firstly have you checked for any signs of teeth protruding yet? Remember that teething is only painful once the teeth start cutting through (in my exp) so if you not noticing any white marks, or swollen gums, then I dont think its teething. Could also be that LO is hungry and now ready for some solids maybe? Lastly, with my ODD, every single time we had a good routine going, she would switch it up....for no reason at all...made me soo paranoid because I always felt that something had to be wrong.....but alot of exp has taught me that some babies just dont do well with routines....they love switching it up when they feel like it....all you can do is hope that it passes and dont get too comfortable lol

I go back to work, well was supposed to go back the 20th Jan, but have been asked to start a few days early, so I will start the 17th......LO will start daycare on the 3rd Jan ;-( half day at first so that I can pick him up, then full day from the 17th....it breaks my heart but what can you do hey? the up side is that there is a daycare at hubby's work, so he will be going to that one...so hubby will be able to pop in luncch time, tea time, etc.......and my ODD went to the same one, and the ladies are excellent!!

So what are you buying LO for their first Xmas??
