Missy my LG is now 4months old & I'm stil on ML til Jan. Started her on cereal last weekend, she's stil learning how to swallow cos half goes in & de rest spills out

Hey ladies,

i am back at work had 4 months paid maternity - back since October.

Things are really good - started my angel on some solids at 5 months rice cereal and since the weekend butternut, she's enjoying it.

The first day of coming back to work was dreadful. It was so sad. I made sure that I fed LG before leaving that morning - I held her in my arms while feeding her and my tears were just rolling - the sweetest part was the smile she gave me. As if to say Mommy its ok. That smile got me through the day.

It is hard but what can we do - i make sure that when i get home i spend lots of time with her. On weekends as well its dedicated to my daughter. I don't do visiting and those things, whereever we go she goes and we just try to be with her all weekend as my mum looks after her during the week. So i limit granny times on weekends. LOL

So what's new ladies - how old are you babies?

Hey ladies,

I am back at work as of Monday and O My Gosh!! It is hard.

Luckily I am easing myself into things and going on leave in 3 weeks, so I just keep my little mantra in my head (only 3 weeks, only 3 weeks!)

How are the all the littlies doing? Newbie? Juandre? Vicky? where are all the other ladies.

Missy - time really does fly. Tell us more about how things are going. Are you back at work? how is the babakins doing?

Patty - I didn't go to the expo, didn't have the money to spend, so I didn't want to torture myself.

I don't know if you's still remember me - i was part of the thread, my LO was due 08 July 2010 if i'm not mistaken the same day as Naomi but she made her appearnce on the 12 June 2010.

Just dropping by to see how things are. I can't believe my sweet little angel is almost 5.5 months already. Time flies hey ladies.
