January 2010 mommies

Hello ladies.

Hope you all well. M2B Leah is not crawling either, nor does she have any teeth or even a sign of them. I am not worried cause seth only goit his first tooth and 9 and ahlaf months. He crawled at 9 months and walked at 11. so Leah will do it all in her own time as well. Annalize cant believe how big C is, he looks about a year with all that hair. Seth and leah are baldies lol. Seth has plently now but up till like 18 months nothing lol. I just cant wait to put clippies and bows in leahs hair lol. She is very small though, she looks chubby, but still in 3-6 month cloths and size 1 shoes, very different from her brother. Was going through pics and realised how similar my kids are as babies. Will post some pics now now.

Made leah nutrific with mashed nana last night, she gaged, give her rice and gravy and she is happy wtf lol.

C is also not crawling yet. Lihani crawled @ 9 months & walked when she was 12 months. She first did the bum shuffling thing before she started crawling.

What's for dinner m2b? Wouldn't mind if someone wants to cook for me tonight.

DH puts L to bed @ night while I'm feeding C. Last night I had to go and wake him up as he was lying curled up next to her in bed, snoring away! Talk about snoring! Tonight I'm kicking him and Cleo (our boerboel) out of the bedroom! They had a competition going last night to see who can snore the loudest! I need my sleep dammit! Even C was waken by their snoring!

According to my MIL H2B was walking when he was 8 Months!
I say bullshite! They love to exaggerate really! I have to go make supper for her lazy ass tonight as well! As if I have energy for that!

i love it in the morning both kiddies lies in our bed and watches tv while we get ready for work! As a kid i remember that nothing is nicer than lying in your parents bed in the morning! Wish I was them to be laying in bed and sleep when I want

I'm chatting to myself today!

We moved Lihani from her cot to her bed about 2 weeks ago and she loves sleeping in her big bed! Took a pic on her 1st night.

Ingrid, C doesn't have seperation anxiety yet, but he has never liked to be left alone. He always wants to see you in the room. He is moving really fast now & turns around so quickly to follow you with his eyes when you move around.

When I got to my mom yesterday, she and Christiaan was playing outside on the grass. He loves to be outside. He can pull himself up in a sitting position when lying down and also pulls himself up onto anything that is close enough. He just wants to move but the bum is still to heavy!

Lihani had some naartjie yesterday & C just had to grab one for himself as well!

Christiaan is 8 months old today! Can't believe that in 4 months time we're celebrating his 1st birthday.

Hellloooo…

We had an ok night last night. Zani woke up at 12:30 and again at 04:15. I hate it when she wakes up after 4 because the alarm goes off at 5:15 and I just can’t get back to sleep when I put her down at about 4:30. So I just end up lying and staring at the ceiling for my last couple of minutes in bed. And when the alarm goes off I’m usually really tired! When Oh When will my little girl ever sleep through? Will I still have to get up twice a night for her when she is 21? Hehehehe

Zani ate very well yesterday. I made her some chicken with sweet potato, butternut and apple on Sunday and she ate the whole thing including some Olli butternut and sweet potato. Mommy did not put enough chicken in the bowl And last night she had another little bowl of the chicken. It seems like she has some good days and then some bad days. Will just have to take it like it comes I guess . Today she is having chicken again, but I made the portion a bit bigger - just in case!

M2B your little ones are just gorgeous! Logan has the biggest smile! Love reading your blog – you must post some more stories!

Juanita – ouchie!! I had a fall in the bathtub once and it was sore for days afterwards. Hope it gets better soon. Not much longer to wait for your car!!!

I really don’t have the patience for this whole waiting game so now we are phoning across the country trying to find the right colour car with the specs that we want. I have a feeling that we will have to compromise at some point because I just can’t wait three/four months for a new car. I WANT IT NOW!!!!
