Hi there ladies!

This seems to be the right place to get some answers.
I had an MC and had the cleanup procedure on Monday. Now I want to know how long after the d&c did you have a normal cycle again and did AF start normally 4 weeks later? Did you start to O immediatly? How long did you wait to start TTC again? And if it was soon after did it result in another MC or did everything go well? It was my 2nd pregnancy. Had no problems 1st time around so I know I can carry a baby for 40 weeks. Just a bit unsure and scared to start TTC too soon and have another MC! Sorry about all the questions and the looooong post but would realy appreciate any info!
Thanx ladies!
:)

Morning!

Klk hope you're ok. I'm glad you're with your family so you can all support each other. I'm like you though - can't deal with stuff like this easily.

Girly whoo hoo on antenatal classes! I loved them. Even though I went alone because I was seperated from my husband at the time I made the most wonderful friends. We're still friends today. The one lady's son is even in Kyra's class at school now!

Esmari i'm glad AF has started and things are getting back to normal for you!

AFM 2 days to our scan! Can't wait! Dreamt last night baby had Down's - was a terrible dream - had to get up around 2am just to clear my head - silly pregnancy dreams!

Esmari I had a feeling it might be. It can take 2-6 weeks after a D&C for your AF to return.
Some people will have a lighter than usual AF while others heavier than usual. It might be a bit more sore too.
One month down :)

Klk shame hun. I know its tough for you, but maybe you can use your time being there for your family. And dont forget to be positive about the life already lived. Wish I knew what else to say, but with my dad I always try remember the good memories. It's been 7 years since he passed.

Hope everyone is doing well xx

Chan 2 days and counting :)
We start our antenatal classes tonight. Looking forward, like another thing we can tick off the list!

Morning all

Sued, I lile your hair! I love curly hair, but mine curls in a weird way. So I straighten them, want to get a curling iron and do "big" curls.

Klk, stay strong friend. I know how it feels. But also know, you MAY cry and feel the way you are feeling. I remember the first time they said we should come say goodbuy. She didnt even regocnise me, and she was also that pale yellow colour. Then we told her my dad is on his way and she got better. A month later she was gone.

Afm, guess the af pain was just af on her way. Had some red in cm yesterday, and just started af. Tom would be 4w since my d&c. I now feel that my life is "starting" again. At the moment the pain is not worst than regular periods. I know this does not count as a cycle, but it was 27 days from d&c, a bit longer from the start of it all.
