Lucy, he sure did, he slept inside someones sleeping bag and around the fire he kept asking to be picked up because his paws were getting cold. I will try and post a pic. You must be super excited about your holiday.

Girly, thank goodness at the hike there was no cell signal so we did have a nice break from his work. Take it easy with that housework!

AFM - I feel like such an Id! I locked myself out of the house this morning! But couldn't leave for work because the keys in the house had the front gate lock on them so I couldn't get my car out! Poor DH had to drive all the way home to let me back in. The dogs thought I was mad working outside on the verandah with my wireless - they kept looking at me strangely!
