AFM seems I had a 24hour bug yesterday. My abdomen was sore, but as was the rest of my body, plus fever. I literally spent all day on the couch, even while working, and by last night I started feeling a bit better although still cant eat everything.
Hopefully it's over, so that I can get on with these last few weeks at work.

DH is still waiting to get called back for interview #3. He heard via someone he knows who works there that dads only get 2 days maternity leave so hes a bit worried. Cos he also wouldnt have any annual leave to take. But what will be will be.

I will prob hear by the end of this month re my job. But the big board meeting was on Monday and the directors are now enjoying a SWC holiday so have heard nothing.
If I dont hear by end of June, I will announce my maternity leave for 31 July, since I have to give 1 month's notice.

The other crowd, big boss is now down, so either tomorrow or next week we will meet. Hopefully I feel better and more full of beans to talk work!

It's sooo cold in Cape Town! Wish we could stay in bed alllll day long!

Ah yes, the room is painted, and the colour is just what I wanted! Cant wait to put up the curtains this weekend

Klk any more outings where Connor needs to be babysat? You might do yourself a favour to allow it a bit, so that you can prepare for baby #2

AFM - Really hummed and haa...d last night about BD as had decided every second night so we skipped it. Was really really sore anyway! BUT have lots of EWCM today so I think today is D Day!! or rather O day. Guess what we'll be doing after bafana bafana play
The soccer was awesome! We have had such a nice day. We went early and parked at suncoast, then watched a movie (Killers with Katherine Heigl) and then went to the fan park to watch the first half of Chile match, then picnic at the car then a happy stroll to the stadium for the match. What an amazing atmosphere! The SAPS have excelled in their duties and it was fantastic. I am certainly proudly south african!

Esmari thats great news. 6 months goes by so quickly, and to be on medical aid will be a huge benefit when pregnant so its a good idea.
And enjoy this stress free time with your family

AFM starting to struggle. Very nauseous today, and lower back pain. Dont know if it's normal or not. But I cannot take a break as I am working from home as my customers are not on holiday today.
Hoping it wont be so busy as I'm ready to crawl back into bed now.

We are off to somewhere between Middelburg and Dalstroom. It is going to be FREEZING! A friend of mine is hiking with us for the first time and he is going to have a baptism of Ice not fire!

Esmari - What good news!! DH and I have used condoms for the last 6 years. I was never well on the pill! So glad you are going to hang around......... 6 months will pass in no time
I should O tomorrow, wed or thurs! I am not temping or anything. Trying to be very chilled but you can not NOT be aware of where you are in your cycle and when to BD!! We'll see ... don't have too many expectations as I am waiting for next month when the "help" starts!
