Thanks KLK for your advice ! the doc is basically saying tht since the head is not engaged at this stage also ie after 39 weks there is only 10-20% chance of a normal delivery tht to will be prolong and may ultimately end in a c sec or a forcep delivery . The itching is an added vote in fav of c sec .

He saying tht baby is fuly mature and ready to be out ... hence no point waiting ... I am also getting impatient and not keen to take the added risk ... just pray my lil one is healthy & happy as he makes his entry into the world

Girly - I am being a very good girl!! Have not even done a once off temp .....yet!! Sorry about the pain. Maybe if you rest this weekend it will ease a bit and help you get things done next weekend !!

Sue - I am well, gearing up for the BD marathon. Really not been focusing on it so I think that is good. Going to the dr really has done me good. I believe it will happen.

It is freezing in Jozi today but it hasn't dampened the spirits at all - we have Vuvuzela's going in the office and soccer shirts everywhere. Am just getting very frustrated with the foreigners driving habits - scary people and I thought Jozi drivers were bad!

Oh Aanaa how exciting, just think this time tomorrow you'll have you LO in your arms.

As for the itching i had that too, it was so severe that i would be in tears as i couldnt stop it. It was everywhere, literally from the top of my head to my toes. I had blood tests done and it wasnt my liver, just a normal pregnancy symptom so if you do read this before tomorrow maybe ask to have a blood test done before having the c-section, your choice though hun. Good luck though.

Connor went down without any hassles last night but then woke at 3am and again at 4am crying. Not too sure what the problem was, not sure if he was cold i dont know so i am a little bit tired today.

We have a oil heater but i dont really like using it as it seems to dry the air out, but i think i should try and see how it goes.

Anyhoo, hope you are all well, im definitely coming down with a cold, feel terrible and i think Connor may be as well. He is sneezing and has a runny nose YET AGAIN!
