Thanks Ladies! Just went to have my blood works done for my appointment tomorrow. Tested Prostegene and HCG count. So now hoping tomorrows appointment will give some closure!

I'm glad that you joined us.

I know it's really tough, and you must be rather upset since you finally conceived on fertility meds. Try remember that that's not all there is to having a healthy baby, and if the egg or sperm wasnt quite right, chromosomal problems can occur and the outcome you have is better than a problematic fetus growing.

The fact that you got pregnant is a huge positive for you. It means that you are able to conceive, and that it'll just be a matter of time before you do again.

The progesterone supplements are not 100% fool proof. Some gynae's will put patients on progesterone after a MC or fertility issues as a safety precaution, but sadly some women will still miscarry if there is something wrong with baby. Usually the best way to know if your progesterone needs monitoring is to have it tested when you get your BFP, and then try boost it with progesterone meds, but this wont always work.

Hope you are taking some time out. I really wish you didnt have to go through this. I hope your gynae will be able to give you some answers and a way forward tomorrow.

Thanks Esmari, sorry about your loss! I stopped bleeding yesterday but had bad cramps last night and this morning, and started bleeding again. Not sure what this means. I will be going for a blood count again today, so that my doctor have this tomorrow morning.
