Klk - re ccma - how long did she work for you for? because even if you asked her to leave immediately you have to pay her notice pay. that kind of covers you

1 - 6 months - 1 week
6 - 12 months - 2 weeks
12 months plus - 1 month

hope this helps because I have been down that road before! I did pay her the notice but she stole from me so was very ugly!
