Hey Chatty fairies!
Let's test the gray matter.................!
Meags - This new start thing is very interesting. I thought the new system was only applicable to people born after 2009. Not too clued up though. I am happy that Tessa will be a pisces like Mom now!! Congrats on your healthy baba, at least you know he is growing well!
Em - Would the hypnobirthing CD help me if I know nothing about it? I start my antenatal classes tonight and I know she has a relaxation CD for sale so maybe I should give that a bash. I'll try add the panado too ....... gosh I am a real rattle box with all these pills!
Kimika - My hands and feet having been swelling for about 3 weeks now and my BP is low. So I think it is par for the course. Just keep an eye on your BP and it should be fine ...... although a real discomfort hey! Shame, hope it doesn't happen too often.
Betty - Hi. Were you hoping for vbac?
Kaylae - I agree with Joli, sisters are fab and special, like all babies, irrespective of what is between their legs! You'll fall in love the moment you see her!
Joli - You gotta love photoshop! Don't stress too much about getting ready ....... I was a worry wart about it and rushed to do everything and it really went so quickly. It doesn't take long, just make a list before then easy peasy!
Karin - Wow that date is super close!! Fx she doesn't come early, or rather legs crossed - hee hee!
Misty - Sorry about hectiic work and welcome to the 3rd trimester! I agree that we have been pretty trouble free on this thread (touch wood) but unfortunately Sue did lose her LO.
Tazzy - I had no idea about the nail polish! Wow. I was planning on looking so pretty (well at least the toes!) Awesome on the scan, it is scary that you only have 1 more gynae visit before D day!!
Schatsie - MMmmm the sex issue. I battled big time and was in a lot of pain and had to keep interupting my poor long suffering DH as it got too sore. Then I figured out I had thrush. Totally no other symptoms, weird! Anyway used some creams and it is much better now. But I have to be honest I don't enjoy it as it is uncomfortable and still borders on sore. It just seems freaky when Tessa starts poking me at the same time too, as she always does. So I am battling to relax into it. I also get shooting pains but they don't last afterwards. I wonder if having piles doesn't cause some of the pain. Anyway I am helping DH as much as possible

Oh and I POAS every visit at the gynae which measures sugar!
Afm - Had gynae today! Well my little monkey has obviuosly been using all her energy to kick and move and show off rather than grow!! She is now measuring a bit behind at 28w4d rather than 29w1. Her weight is 1,350g He is now predicting she'll be 3,5kg at the end. Well she did not stop her antics today ...... while he was doing the doppler she kept punching the umbilical cord so he could not get a reading! Then while he was doing the 4d the thumb was no longer sufficient she had 3 fingers (middle to pinky) ALL in her mouth.
Gynae told me off for not phoning him after the accident, oops!
I asked about those pains that I had and he said that as the organs shift and get squashed the bowel can sometimes get a bit trapped and it is very painful until it works it's way into a new spot. He said pains in pregnancy shouldn't be a concern if no nausea or fever (didn't tell him I was nauseous from pain!)
