Rakker - i AGREE 2 weeks is a long time. WHen I was in scotland last year all i wanted after a few days was to see some sun o green - EVERYTHING was white!! Your pics are lovely though - thank you for sharing.

Kimika - thanx! now i have an urge to go on a shopping trip!! Also need new pjs's. Think when i am due ~~~~(22 april) we will just be coming into winter so said to DH i also want some nice new tracksuits to wear at home thise first few weeks after birth. What kind of PJ's are best to take to hospital??

AnjeD - wow ya hiccups are fub to feel the first time. Glad scan went well...also thinking of doing a 4D scan soon - will decide after gynae visit tomorrow.

Tazzy - wow you looking really good - nice belly pic, I will try also post one soon! Need to get DH to take - when i take my own they look like I am just fat!

Emsmom - wow all starting to feel so so real when you talking about thinking about packing a hospital bag! Sounds like you also getting spoilt by DH - its a nice feeling hey??

Meags cant wait to hear all about teh babyshower

AFM - well we strated the borders at 7pm on Friday night and worked all the way through until beleive it or not 3am Saturday! Once teh borders and curtains were up DH wanted to move in all furniture and stuff. We had to taek down the cot is teh spar eroom then assemble it again in nursery. But I am so glad we did it all! By 3am i was exhausted and so emotional...my whole body ws aching, adn my feet where so swollen (cant remmeber the last timne i was on them so long.I packed all my clothes in teh compactum (was really proud how my handles came out - DH suggested we paint them wit ht epaint we used for walls and then I sprayed them with Laquer - clear gloss so they looked all shinny. Now the next step is to put up all the shelving (still to be bought) and a few other things!

Woke up on saturday morning and could hardly move. Even my flip flops where tight on my feet!! We had a braii with a few family friends and I luckily did not have to do much. When they left in the evening DH was so sweet - he sorted out my foot spa fro me and I also got a lovely massage. Thankfully when I woke up this morning the swellen has gone down 90%.

Will try post some nursery pics again - tried post before but think they were to big!

Also we have gynae appointment tomorrow at noon :)

So wish tomorrow was a holiday!! Going to be my first 5 day week in ages.

Morning ladies

I hope you have all had a wonderful week-end so far.

Meags, glad your shower went well and I hope we see some pics soon! (I'm sure we're actually still waiting on Joli's photos...)
Also hope that your flat sells soon, so that is one less worry for you.
How are you feeling today?

Rakker, those pics are lovely, I'm glad you had a great time! \

Lucy, hope you have no pains today, and best chat with your Dr about them. My sister is going well thanks for asking, she will be here from the 17th March - 4th April, so I'm pretty sure will get to see baby :)
If you have time you can see her on this website - she is the last girl on the first page - www.aliceunderground.com.au/page/gallery.html - stunning isn't she?

Kimika, How are you doing? I'm sure you are looking forward to your shower! If I recall one of the moomie moms was selling those bands for your tummy, I'll have a look and see if I can find her old posts.

Tazzy, hope your pains are less and less, and your bump looks stunning!!

Anje, that is a lovely weight! With the antenatal classes, I'm doing them again, but mainly so I know the midwives at the hospital - so am more likley to get the birth I want. :)

AFM, got some shelving yesterday and DH will put up today, might even pack a hospital bag... huge shock cause I really didn't do that with Em... but hey.
Also went to get Em her big school uniform yesterday (apart from the CHAOS at the shops) was so cute, am just washing them, and then will take a photo of her in it.
And will post a belly pic soon Meags :)
DH is looking after me so well, its far too sweet, he hardly wants me to do anything! If i get out of bed or something he always asks why I'm not resting. Yesterday he made a nice cake, meringues and supper, all while I was instructed to lie in bed and read my hypnoBirthing book :)
Its so cute, when I do my relaxation exercises baby moves like mad!

Anyways thankfully today is cooler, and I can actually function, so letting Mat sleep in a bit.
