Well it *seems* asif my email is back on again.. how frustrating!! Although I still get a error message when I send and receive. Vodacom def has gotten my preggie hormones working in overdrive the last week!

Lucy that bump is too precious!!!! You carry exactly like my one friend did She is also tiny built and genetically thin. We were preggie together too and I always felt like a elephant next to her! But her bump put out towards the end although never biiigg. She looked fantastic and once baby was born you couldnt even see she was ever preggie and she still fitted in her normal jeans. So Im sure you will be the same.. how lucky!!

Uhm the linen.. I only had one bumper cover made, that really you dont wash that much and just iron and replace so I dont see need to have 2 made. Fitted sheet I just bought made from Edgars or Babycity, cant remember.. its a soft material like tshirting or something. Sorry I dont know the names of materials For the fitted cot sheet I would def get /make 2. Also I bought a matress cover from that breathe easy range at Babycity. For little babies you wouldnt use sheets. Only maybe make a duvet cover or two that you can change. And 2 or so pillow covers. With my son I never used the duvet, I only wrapped him with his soft blankies in the beginning. Actually i still dont use the duvet Ive got a quilt thats over the cot for decoration. So really the bedding for that small size is not much. But if she is making you the bumper and duvet and things why not ask that she makes you some nice scatter cushions to decorate the cot with when he is not sleeping? And maybe a extra cover for your breastfeeding pillow. Oh and you will want/need a nice mozzie net. So buy a cheap one somewhere and decorate yourself. I bought mini sized wild animals and hung them from matching ribbons. Or you can sow them to the top ring of the net. If they are too heavy they make the net hang skew.

Have a look at this website: www.pistachiokids.co.za I saw them at last years expo and thats one of the things I wanted to buy yesterday but they didnt have a stall this year. So I googled them. They have the cutest range of plush toys/wild animals. I especially want one of those comfort/doe doe blankies :) :) And also they sell those cute little plush "baby on board" animals. I want to go to their shop sometime so if you ever want something I can always get and mail you.

Jessica, LOL my son loves Barney but I didnt take him! I saw that green jelly stuff but there was too many people at the stand so just walked past it What is it??

Faw, ag man, dont stress too much about the babyshower, you can always have it later on or even once baby is born. I hope they get your husband sorted out soon! xxx

KarinM, ah Im so glad your scan went well!! Im sure they wouldve picked up if something was wrong by now, so now you can really just relax and enjoy the last bit of your pregnancy!!

Oh and I also got hold of the lady that makes the most gorgeous nursing covers. She also wasnt at the expo this round. They sell for about R200 and she will email me the different fabrics. Will share once I get them.

hi everyone!

Apologies for being MIA the last while - been so exhausted can barely keep my eyes open after work.

Anyway from my side things are still going fine - baby been kinda quiet the last few days (perhaps he's mentally preparing himself now that he can sorta hear what a noisy family he has! LOL)

Went to the baby expo without DH yesterday - Bryce & I had a lovely day out. I got my Rhubarb & Custard baby sling that I wanted . Got a snug-bug for Bryce (something that I've been threatening to do for EVER now!) Gelli Baff (turns bath water into jelly - so much fun!), a few other bits & pieces & goodies. The baby city stand was a nightmare and I wasn't in the mood to stand in those Q's no matter how good the prices. Not on your life!

Bryce saw that purple pedophile dinorsaur on a poster and said something about Barney to me - to which I responded "Barney se moer" and he left it at that - I really detest that dinosaur.

Work is hectic today,will do few personals that I remember,if I leave you behind it was not intentional.

CathM-at least you have something to look forward to that brings you all the joy,Will,what a blessing.I can't wait for maternity leave also.My dr said my placenta is also low and can experience bleeding from 7 months and may need to be monitored and c\sec is the only option and I say I will go natural and I won't bleed cause I can do everything through Christ who strenghtens me.

AFM-I was bathing with my LG and she was busy bathing my tummy saying" mama I am bathing nana" and whatever she eats she wants to give nana also and she gets irritated as nana doesn't open her mouth .I can see she really can't wait for her lil sis to arrive.Yesterday again I sneezed and she said:God bless you mama."I cracked My baby is kicking up a storm and I am so inlove

Hi girls. I have finally done it. I have applied for my islamic marriage to be annulled. They have told my husband to come state his case next week monday and he told them he isn't working and doesn't have money to come. So we shall see what happens. I will stick this through.
Having lawyers call me and they want to take my car but i don't have it and don't have money to pay. So we see what happens. I have had enough.
With all this going on i totally forgot that i wanted to organise my baby shower so its not going to happen now as i think its very short notice.
I got paid slightly more than i expected because they didn't tax me. So i was very happy. Really want to do the hypnobirthing course but we will see.
Sorry no personals.. This phone being difficult today and won't let me read the posts for some reason. Hugs.

Kimika - My Mom is making my cot linen. What do you need? Like how many fitted sheets, top sheets, bumper covers etc. Is it safe to use percale cotton or is it better to stick to polycotton?
