Bronwyn - don't worry about the diabetes. you are use to having it and living a life of being diabetic so it's one up from getting gestational diabetes (pregnancy induced diabetes - atleast you already know the way of life)

Anje - I didnt know you could get the urine gender tests at Dis-Chem. I actually ordered online and received mine on Thursday (after already finding out the sex at the scan...but decided to do it anyway to see how accurate it is. and it does say Boy for me.) The company is called Intelligender-blue or pink.

Kimika - great your son behaved at the scan and that baby is growing so nicely!!!! and yes, WHERE IS TAZZY????? Is she Taryn Scholtz on FB?? Cos I have someone by that name...

Schatsie - sorry to hear about the nuchal measurement. We can all say "don't stress about it". But really - it's difficult. we are all here for you xx Also, one thing not to worry about is the low placenta. It usually only moves up after 12 weeks.

Hi ladies. i have been away on a farm with no signal. should be home in about 2 hours then i'll do personals. but i just had to say...lucy i knew seb was a girl!! i was so excited for your scan cos i was sure they'd say girl. 12 weeks is too early to confirm a boy as the clitoris Is still enlarged and is 90 Percent of the time thought to be a willy! sorry friend...but team pink is very exciting! i'm jealous you get to buy all the cute clothes! ok will catch up properly in a few hours

I did have the blood work done already - at 10 weeks and the dr we saw for the scan today combined those results with the nuchal fold measurement to tell me that I have a high risk for Downs. So the amnio is now the only other test they can do and it must be done at 16 wks.

Hi there i'm new on this forum i'm 19 wks pregnant and due mid March 2011 this will be my 3rd child as i have a 9 yr old girl, 2 yr old boy and not sure what i'm having now....

Hi girls.
Very sorry that i haven't been around. A lot of shit excuse the word has been flying around. My job however is awesome. You girls must come visit the cable car. From 1st november you can take your own picnic after 6pm and pay half price. Sadly i can't organise free tickets..but its really worth it and if its your birthday you get a free ride for yourself. I am still training as a cabin master which means operating the car. Anyways that part of my life can't get much better.
Pregnancy wise i have bled on and off the last week. I am having a little pink bundle of joy.. Gonna name her sorayah..and ray for short..as in a ray of hope.
Lastly i have my interdict but now the sherrif has to find him. I have been tipped off that he is here in cape town. So instead of going to work today i sat in court. Please pray that the sherrif finds him on monday.
Sorry i haven't court up on the posts. My son has chicken pox..or at least we think its that as he was accidently exposed to it, ill be fine tho as i had it as a child.
Ill try come on next week when i know that the interdict has been served. Hugs to everyone.
