Morning ladies

Just saying a quick hi to everyone... still have lots to do, work keeping me busy with month end on the way unfortunately.

Just want say Congrats to Mom-Jess that DF got the job ~ that is so great!!

AFM: All is well with me and baby. She's growing at a pace now I think, or my uterus just popped out suddenly. I'm not getting up in the morning anymore with a flattish belly, it's now a small soccer ball bump!
Just wish I could be feeling sexy and happy with my body... but I don't. I feel really fat and big and unatractive...sigh... I will have to stop being so depro I know. Will try.

Hbuzz – so glad you are ok, did the dr say what the cause was of the bleeding? Congratulations on your little boy, I know you hoped for a little girl, but I am sure you will love this little guy just as much.

Karen, the adverts say that the pink / blue test is available at Dischem and Pick ‘n Pay pharmacies, but I have been to these stores and they did not know what I was talking about, so did not bother any further. Glad baby is doing well.

Rakker, tx and I hope your wishes come true and there is a little girl in your belly. Good luck with the downs test tomorrow, but I am sure you don’t have to worry.

Mommy-Jess, wow, hope you don’t mind but I forward your list to my hubby, you have more on your list then we do on ours. Oh and Congrats on hubby’s new job and the stop smoking part. I should tell you my story, after our last MC my husband really tried to stop smoking for a year, he started using the electronic cigarette, which helped initially, but the cravings were getting worse and in December (after about 10 months of trying, he started using regular smokes again, but he was hiding it from me, obviously I could smell it and he will always have an excuse like, he was with a client who smoked a lot etc. Eventually I caught him doing the deed on 29 December and I was so angry that he was hiding it, not the smoking, the hiding, I got into my car went to P ‘n P and bought his favorite brand, came back and told him if he wants to smoke then he should, but not behind my back. There and then he said he will not smoke again, and he didn’t. He went to our GP the next day, got a prescription for Zyban and it was hell living with him for the next 3 months, but I really tried to support and him. My husband said the Zyban made a huge difference, maybe your hubby should try it.

Emsmom, glad your hubby is coming back today, now you can have a good night’s sleep again.

Kaylae – I also had the nose bleed around week 14, don’t think it is something to worry about.

Hi to all the other ladies I have missed or are going to miss during the day.

AFM: I fell asleep on the couch last night at approximately 20h00. Usually never falls asleep on the couch, but lately I do. It just happens. The DV board or whatever you call it, the electricity board with all the switches inside the house is being moved to another wall today, so I am expecting a huge mess at the house tonight and then the ceiling of the semi open plan kitchen / living area will be replaced from Friday (It is a 2-3 day job), so there will definitely be a huge mess and a whole lot of dust and noise over the weekend, so I am going to stay with a friend when they start with the ceiling panels. Cannot wait for them to finish it though.

well I think I may be a bit scare in the next couple of weeks as my mom keeps me busy!!

Off to get my hair done and then to meet Kimika and MommyN. Oh my word I hope I recognise you!!

Tomorrow I am applying for my US visa and then we're going to some farm with family friends until Saturday so you may not hear from me then.

Feeling a little down as DH has no phone in USA, his wi fi doesnt seem to be working so no skype or email. I just sit and wait to see if he calls which he didnt yesterday. It's horrible not being able to contact him at all!!!!!!
Also, the time difference...we are 6 hours ahead. so by the time he gets back to the hotel, it's after midnight here.
