Cath, you are soo lucky

Youve motivated me to for the last time tonight try convince hubby about Genesis.. lets see what he says

Yippeee and then maybe we will have our babies together!!
Mistymom, thanks for the info on the program!
The pictures are painted on canvas, you can buy them at stationary shops and they are cheap way to decorate since they are only R20 per canvas!
Peppermint Crisp Recipe (easy peasy)
1 packet Tennis biscuits
250ml fresh cream
1 tin Caramel
1 or 2 peppermint crisp choccies - depending on how much mint you want
Beat the cream with electric beater until it becomes stiff. (dont overbeat). Then add the tin of caramel along with 1/2 or whole grated choc. Beat well
Pack a layer of biscuits on the bottom of a square dish. Cover with half of the filling mixture.
Pack another layer of biscuits on top of the filling and pour over the rest of the filling, followed by the rest of the grated choc.
Chill until set - preferably overnight.
If you like it to be more biscuity (like my hubby does) then devide the filling in 3 layers and just pack another layer of biscuits.
Enjoy!
