Hope you all well... Girls, thank you for all your help.. Im excited to say that i will be seeing Dr Hoogewind on Friday at 12:15...

So im pretty excited to start this journey and hopefully some day soon i can post my BFP...

And Kimika I have ALSO put on 1.5 kilos this past week or so and that was after up til then ONLY putting on like 2 kilos up til then - but I was overweight to start with so I'm in the right range but scary!!!

Helloo!! Ok so my treat so far for the morning was scones with jam Whats going on with me??? And Ive gained over 1.5kg in the last few weeks.. not good!! Can someone pls just give me a kick under my @$$ please!!!

Cath, my hubby just loves peppermint crisp tart so I make it often.. as for the banoffy.. ewww I dont eat banana

His reservations are that driving with a woman in labor from pta, possibly in peaktime traffic all the way to saxonwold is not a option. Secondly it bothers him a bit that they dont really have a ICU for babies if there is an emergency and the baby will need to be transferred.. although they did tell us on the tour that theyve never had a case and with most normal healthy deliveries its not needed. And lastly I think he is just comfortable with out gynae since she delivered our son aswell.. Also I think he feels more comfortable in the hospital since he knows should anything go wrong we are in a hospital not a clinic He is always just very concerned that there should be the best care available.. But I didnt talk to him about it last night.. he was just NOT in the right mood.. Will try again tonight.. but he is studying at the moment so he is totally distracted.. agggg But he was very impressed with the place overall and loved the little garden with play area and that we can have our little boy with us etc etc.

Hayley, why did the dr Hoogewind thing fail?? Did you try dr Pentz? He is also kind a guru at Kloof, also Pta east has some really fantastic FS. And like Emsmom said, Vitalab is fantastic and a bit closer to you maybe?

Joli, no way you can give up on your photography!!! You are way tooo good Cant you apply for some extra freelance work also for magazines and stuff? So that you are not only relying (sp?) on shoots at home? maybe on a part-time basis? I dont really know how that kinda stuff works but there must be something you can do if you have so much talent!! I know you have the website but have you got a facebook page? Maybe make one and if all of us moomie moms suggest to friends it already helps spread your name?

I also noticed that there have been no new group/mommies

I wanted to say yesterday that it was def the most I felt my little guy moving and kicking so far!! It was amazing.. it was like I felt the little kicks all day long, every now and then.. not much happening today.. maybe it was the lemon meringue?

Very quiet today.. I am feeling better today, managed to keep my breakfast down, which is good.

Well I've got lots of work to do today, but really not in a mood to do it. I so wish I could do photography full time. It's been nearly 3 years now and I'm still working 2 jobs. I must be honest, I felt so many times like giving up on the photography, just focusing on PA job but then again, I'm gonna be stuck in this sorry job forever which I really don't want to do . Really hope that I won't have to come back after maternity leave.
