Hi ladies...

Sorry I've been quiet, every time I start posting I get interupted by something or other or my posts disappear.

Wow miksmommy, a month already? Time flies.

Suhaila, I know all about visitors messing baby's sleep routine by waing them (my mother is the worst culprit). Lol, my baba isn't a baldy anymore, her hair is growing back nicely and is almost a centimetre long already!!!!

Motha2b, glad tp hear you and baby are doing well now, sorry about all the complications.

Stumzaa, congrats.

How do all of you know what your babies weigh? Are you supposed to take them to the clinic weekly? We were just told to bring baby at 6 weeks for immunisations.

Updates from my side: breastfeeding has been reduced to only once a day since it seems to cause tummy upsets. Only I think my breastmilk supply is starting to dwindle now even though I've been pumping regularly.

Baby is sleeping right now. She stayed awake the WHOLE of yesterday, no idea why, and was just very restless. She slept some during the night but was tossing and turning and whimpering non-stop in her sleep... felt so sorry for her, was ready to take her to the paed this morning but then she seemed okay by morning. She finally seems to be sleeping peacefully now which is a relief.

Hey, do any of you know after how long one can start using something to reduce a caesar scar (like bio-oil or vitamin E oil or something)? I'd like to use something but not until I'm sure its completely safe.

@Champers, Muslim babies get their hair removed within 7 days of their birth, so googles Lg and my Lb are both baldys

Hi everyone:) sorry for the disappearance I just could not log on to moomie, will try and read and catch up. Love the meaning google, I cnt put pics up on FB either but moomies secure so pics are allowed here:) GML is Lesego still in NICU? Congrats to all the new moomies Aaqil is now 3kgs, feeds every 2 and a half to 3 hours in the day and 3 to 4 hours at night. Still exclusively breastfeeding. Going to express twice a week from next week so he takes a bottle for my sisters wedding. Visitors have been driving me crazy, they keep waking baby up whilst he sleeps and have messed up his sleep routine! Is anyone else having niggles with sleep issues? I'm going to go read previous posts and catch up

Stupid computer keeps on kicking me out of moomie. Thank heavens for my bb. At least i can see what everyone is up to!

Wian weighs 4.2kg. He gained a kg since which i think is great. Feeding seems to be all i do all day but after weighing him its all worth it. We havent really got a routine at all, im just feeding him whenever he wants a feed. Will work on the routine after xmas.i am giving him some drops for the cramps that is making a huge difference

Mutha2b so sorry to hear about all the drama but glad you and baba are both well. Why was she born earlier than planned?
