We have been told that we need to bring all baby clothes because there are no hospital issue baby clothes...

GML, glad the eye infection is clearing. It seems to be one thing or another throughout pregnancy, I seem to have another bladder infection (didn't have time to go to a doctor but went to our clinic at work and the sisters there did a urine test and confirmed it but said they couldn't give me anything but panando, which i i won't even bother with).

Champers, I'm sure two babygrows a day is perfect. I only packed two babygrows and one vest in total though- the hospital told us that they use hospital issue clothes for the babies and that you only need one outfit for when you and baby are being discharged. Did you guys only pack newborn or 0-3 months as well just in case newborn is too small?

We decided that we would pack all the stuff we know are needed and would keep one bag in hubby's car with the stuff that we are not sure if we need (eg. nappies and towels). That way, if it is needed he can always bring them in later on.

You think 2 babygrows a day is enough? I guess they will be sleeping a lot to start off with. We got told to bring beenie's too because a lot of heat is lost through the head.

We got told that the hospital provides towels and not to bring. I need to buy some toiletries. I'm not sure if I must take nappies and stuff....

Champers- I'm taking 6 babygrows. Depending on the number of days we're in hospital.

We're staying 2 nights and 3 days (discharging us late afternoon).

So it's 2 for everyday in hospital for in case she brings up milk/vomits or something.

shall we compare hospital bags ladies? I remembered yesterday that I didnt put towels in my and baby's hospital bag.

I am feeling okay, just tired! I can't believe that I'm almost going to meet my little man! I printed a tshirt for Mik that says - I'm the big sister and one for Baby W that says "Born in 2010". Putting them in my hospital bag for them to wear when we go home... Only a few more weeks now...
