mommies to be DECEMBER 2010

A matress protector isn't waterproof. I have a protector on my bed now anyways but it doesn't protect against liquid. Thats why they suggest a blanket over the waterproof.

Morning ladies

I'm so depressed. I swear my gynae visits are becoming a nightmare. Worse than sore gums.

Last time we went to see him he said baby is due in November. Now, this morning he tells me that I'm only 33 weeks pregnant and that my baby is due on the 16 December

No ways. I even had a letter from my 1st gynae saying that according to the 1st ultrasound the baby is due 8 December. He says he's pretty sure that it's 16 December. I hate the uncertainty. I cried coz my hubby was out when I got called in and he wasnt there when the Doctor tried to convince me I'm due on the 16 December.

So depressed this morning. And to think I had bought a bag this weekend and nappies for the hospital bag. Now it feels like I just shouldnt have.

Glad to see everyone is doing great except for the pains

Nothing much to report on my side feeling much better except for a little bladder infection I am fine

I wanted to go on maternity the end of this week my body just doesn't want to anymore, but I have a tender that needs to be in the 12Nov they have postponed it 3 times know it should have been done in july then october now it's november, hopefully I will make it to then I am getting very scared for these two's arrival that might be earlier then expected

Our hospital is about 3ks from home so if anything should happen we safe 150ks sjoe that is far!!!

Champers, good idea but wouldn't a matress protector or linen saver be more comfortable?

Ladies, just had a very good tip...

Protect your mattress with a plastic sheet in case your waters break - an old blanket on top is more comfortable and can stop any liquid spilling over onto your carpet. (Tip: don't forget to remove an electric under-blanket if you use one.)
