Well, I think I am almost part of this group and will oficially be in January! There will be 16 months difference between my kids. Hectic!

We waited so long for number 1 that I had almost given up and even acceoted that number 2 might never become reality. I am 35 years old and DH is 45.

It was quite a shick to find out I fell pregnant when LO was 7 mnths old - and I only found out at 18 weeks!

Mimizah, I can fully understand where you are coming from. I feel guilty because I cannot run and crawl around with my LG and soon I am going to get even more uncomfortable. She really is my life and everything. I am so scared I will not be able to give her all the attention she deserves next year. But I wouldnt change anythig for the world! I grew up an only child. You are a wonderful Mommy Mimizah!

I am sure my LG has started throwing a tantrum... she arches her back and throws her head back. Fun!

Hi Ladies,

I love this topic because I can fully understand and relate very well to it. I have 2 gilrs, eldest is 21 months and the youngest is 5 months. Honestly I did not plan baby number 2, it was such a shock when I learned i was pregnant again and my baby was just aa baby, I really told myself i could not handle 2 kids, financialy it was impossible . considering im a single parent.
I was very dippressed thru out my pregnancy, I felt guilty and shameful most of the time, and kept on thinking how can i be so stupid and how am i ever going to explain to my family, friends, colleage how this happened,

but you know what, God is good all the time, He really got me through it all, my baby girl was born, perfect, and healthy. I had such great support from friends, colleages, even my family. I love my girls whole heartedly.
Now that the olderst one is almost 2, its a challege to give them both my full attention, the small one is also very demanding of my time. I literally go crazy when im all alone with them over weekends
they just drive me mad, but i know its a stage we all go though that will pass, hopefully sooner.

My advise would be find hummer in every situation, and stay calm, it will all work out somehow. :cheer:

Hi there

I know exactly how you feel and I've been struggling with the same thing.

I feel like I'm losing my mind! I've decided to go see my paediatrician and actually have an appointment tomorrow

just want you to know that your not alone and you've done nothing wrong as a mother

Look what I happened to stumble across - not sure where you are, but this may be a better option than a therapist

They take the littlies into a playroom, and somehow assess the behaviour by the way they play with toys and which toys they chose - not really sure how it works.

But even if she does not see the LO's it will do wonders for your self confidence just being able to vent, and having someone tell you how to deal with various situations. The chap I went to with Liam allows you to call whenever you are in a situation where your back is up against the wall, which is great.

I took them to someone who specialised in children, but you need to ask them if they will spend time with the child, it is generally not offered.
