Thank you Carmen, I wasn't sure and my Dr didn't really recommend it, I self-medicated (ha ha). Thanks for letting me know!

Yes, it's expensive, I will also try and stretch it.
I would try and the take the infolic sooner though. Maybe from Cd3 to 10 rather. I take it for egg quality so I atke it earlier for development.

Carmen: Yes, but I must say I try and stretch it a bit. Only one sachet from around day 7 - 14. Don't know if this is ideal, but it is expensive! Then I am also taking the vitex now for about 3,5 months now.

thanks GW, are you using it as well as the inofolic?
I will also just use until Ovulation, as I do with the Inofolic now.

Carmen - It is pricey, like all fertility supplements, but a lot cheaper compared to other ones on the shelf! It was R238 for 90 tablets. If taking it for 16 days per month one bottle will last 2 months. My Dr who also specialises in fertility said that he always prescribes the Fertivor with Clomid because it is known to dry up cervical mucus and thin the lining. I guess each doctor has his bag of tricks?!

See here for more info: www.tara.org.za/online/fertivor.html
