Wowee this thread has been busy today – great..

Meags welcome back! Hope it’s a short stay on this thread. I’m also TTC’ng with my 2nd – started last year June. 2 pregnancies in the duration but still haven’t hit the jackpot.

Mickymuismommy awesome! Sounds very positive..let us know!

AFM; AF arrived 2 days late - hate it when that happens and you know it's coming bit still keep that hope alive - grrrrr. Had a follicle scan on Tues and started Femara on Wed – much against my better judgement. I so wanted to avoid any intervention but feel my age is very much against me so I’ve done it. My next scan is on Tues so here’s hoping for a successful superovulation!

Carmen you know this game so well - as a matter of interest at our age what number of follicles are we meant to be getting? I have 2 and 3 respectively. Normal? Very low?

Mickymuismommy, I only had faint tests until a week ago! Good luck with the blood test but I am very positive for you!

Hello to all the rest (welcome back Meags!). I had my 1st scan this morning and measuring 8 weeks 1day and baby has a strong heartbeat, so it all feels real to me!

Good Luck to all of you and lots of babydust!

Well at 15 dpo i am pretty sure it is a positive test. :side: kind of..haha
Because this is all a first time i kinda feel stupid.... Like im not sure if I should trust a positive test...

BUT I must say its amazing to be able to say(type) it out loud. We've decided to keep it a secret till the end of first trimester (if i am prego) so its awesome to share it with someone at least :)

I had 3 sets of cheapo test from clicks that I used up in my TTC months leading up to now. I had one last slightly more expensive test that I promised id only use if AF was late... so will have to get one more either digital or stick just to confirm it once more :)

And then a blood test for sure :woohoo:

Ahhh.....This is so exciting!! You can get a positive sometimes as early as 9 days past ovulation, so 1 day late should be an accurate indication!

I have heard many ladies swear by Clearblue digital tests, but personally I know of women getting a positive test as early as 7 days past ovulation with the cheapest tests on the market - it is just a paper strip not even plastic encasing. It has more to do with a brands range, sadly brands don't always indicate the amount of HCG measured per ml.

So, I wouldn't worry about getting a specific brand, if you are pregnant it will show again even on a cheap test!

Holding thumbs! I almost feel like saying congrats, because it sounds almost like a sure thing!
