Honestly, I don't know how you ladies do it. TTC for 5 years, 6 years, longer. Yes, I understand that it's something we all want etc but how on earth do you deal with the disappointment month after month? I'm probably just to impatient.

Was thinking the other day, maybe patience is a lesson I have to learn before we get our little bundle.

@ P4M1, shoh PCOS is pretty bad and never knew one could have those symptoms I am not quite sure what CD you are on maybe CD6 or CD7?

AFM, I am on CD22 and hoping AF will arrive soonest so that I can start taking the Fertomid in +- 2 weeks time

Morgan, I also agree with what DieSwartKat was saying... You are meant to be a mommy, unfortunately it's longer for some of us and your time will come... I know that's probably not what you want to hear at this point, but my heart breaks for us all that are trying so hard to fall pregnant... Im slowly but surely running outta patience...

About me and my cycles, I have never had such a long cycle since ive stopped BCP as last month well not last month but my AF in Jan was 23 days until the next one on the 18 February and I haven't had a period since then... Waiting patiently...

Glad we have some new ladies joining us and welcome, the more the merrier

We have load-shedding at the moment so was trying to read all the messages before my laptop power goes off, I see things have been busy on here

My sister has been on PregOmega Plus prior to conceiving her two little ones and is still on it while breastfeeding the newest addition, I have also been using it for 1.5 years and it even strengthens my nails, love the stuff

@ MTC, is the Femolene an organic product or just chemical based?

@ Babydream, did you get EWCM from the Femolene? I hardly ever have it and it would be good if I did so it would give me a heads up on when to bd

@ MLVH, P4M1 is correct in saying that normally one takes the Fetomid depending on your cycle length and I will most definitely see a gynae first before taking it. I need to take my first pill on CD4-8 and was wondering why not CD5-9 like most people even though they might have the same cycle length? I figured out and could be way off but my AF is 4 days long so hence the 4-8 and if ones AF is 5 days long then Fertomid is to be taken on CD5-9.... but of course I can be way off... confusing I know.

@ P4M1, I am just waiting for AF to arrive and cannot wait but have +- 2 weeks still to go.... argh! When is your big O date? Are you trying anything different this cycle?

AFM-went to see my gynae today. He could see anything on an ultrasound i dont know what this means,but yaa i am devastated as we speak.I think i am 4 weeks 6 days, so i really dont know if this means its too early, i am just praying its not ectopic

Just had to reply because your experience has touched all of us, and I'm happy to see that you're ok (sort of).

I can fully understand that you would be going through a process of loss, I think the disappointment is just so big that anyone in your shoes would feel depressed. Also, I'm pretty sure that the meds we take to help increase our chances of pregnancy mess up our hormones and emotional state.

I think if you were to start a thread on failed IUI you would probably get quite a few responses and most ladies will feel (or felt) like you. My point is just that it's perfectly ok to be down, it's still so fresh and you will pull through.

And after a while, I suggest you pull yourself towards yourself, save up some cash, and try again. You're meant to be a mom, it will happen.
