Hi all... Been trying to read through this topic and goodness me, 379 pages is A LOT

Anyway, I thought I would introduce myself first.... HELLO

Hope that all of you are well and remaining as positive as possible on your individual journeys! I think TTC is one of the most incredible, yet at times, soul destroying, journey one can undertake... But the day you are blessed to hold a baby in your arms, it makes it all worth it, right?
Just for a little background (please excuse I am new to this so I am trying to wrap my head around all the abbreviations!)
I have severe PCOS (without meds I do not have a period of ovulate on my own, at all)... DH and I have been ttcing since April 2014. I have a son that is 12, but this would be DH and mine 1st together

We followed my gynae's instructions for about 1.5 years, and ended up constantly on Provera and Fertomid and absolutely no success, as I couldn't even get a OPK to give me a positive, so I am not even sure I was ovulating.... I had a procedure to ensure my tubes are clear and to burn a few of my eggs, but still nothing has worked.
DH and I decided to take a 3 month break (I was turning into a raging maniac) and we finally went and saw a FS at the beginning of the month. Long story short (er)

I am currently in my dreaded 2ww, after my first medicated IUI.... Today I am 4dpiui and I am honestly already climbing the walls!
Anyway, just hoping that joining in here will help me cope and pass the days because we have decided to tell no one (not even our parents) that we are going this route now, which helps because we don't have any added pressure... But it makes for a VERY lonely journey and I have no one to talk to or ask advise from etc
Sorry for rambling..... Hope you all have a blessed day
