@Lily - So Vitex help with alot of things, check out this page natural-fertility-info.com/vitex I have 3 friends that used it as well and fell preggies on it. I used it during our 1st TTC journey too. Some people say it's the natural form of Clomid. It really is a magic herb. How are you tracking O?

@ Madie - I'm based in the East Rand. There are 3 female gynaes at Glynnwood, Benoni. And two of them seems highly recommended.

@Lagogies - I love that you say "He gets you pregnant"

AFM - CD16, no updates. Only have one massive headache.

Welcome @Lily im on Inofolic. It is basicly folic acid. My FS puts all his patients on that when TTC.

@Babydreaming if you want an excellent gynae and dont mind the drive. Dr Markram is at midstream mediclinic. Its basically Centurion, but the first offramp after Midrand. You will wait to get your first appointment, but its worth it. He has a fully equiped lab and a full time embriologist.

What I really love is he gets you pregnant. And then walks the road until birth. Many FS gets you pregnant and then you need to go to another gyne once you are pregnant.

Wher in jhb are you based @babydreaming? We moved from CT to jhb last year and i also struggled to find a good gynae. Had one in Olivedale but was not happy with her then i got admitted in hospital and found the greatest gynae at netcare garden city. She really helped me before and after my mc in march. She has that great bedside personality,

Im on CD12. I think I ovulate on day 10 though.
I had the Copper T after baby #2. It was removed last year Aug.

I read somewhere on the forum about Inofolic. I started to take that this week.

What is this Vitex you're talking about?

@babydreaming that does narrow the pool alot. I saw a female gynae before I found out I was pregnant and I didn't have the best experience with her. It kind of put me off gynaes in a big way. Luckily my gynae now is an old man in his 70s and DH refuses to see any one else. I'm in jhb as well. Hope you find good one hun
