morning ladies

Having one of those days....sitting at my desk bawling after seeing a friend post pics of her newborn baby girl. thankfully I work at home so I can cry as much as I want but I HATE this feeling. We can be so positive a lot of the time but some days its SO hard and so soul destroying knowing that I may never experience that feeling of having a newborn on my chest and it just kills me that there is absolutely nothing I can do. days like this I want to just run away and hide from everyone.

Sorry to be a downer but i know you all understand the feeling. I hope you're all having a better happier day.

Lots of love and babydust xxxx

@Babydreaming. He is much better. We had flu injections a month ago. So not bad at all and did not get that sick either. We stick to Mybulen and Linctopent or Bronkese. Nothing else. Not rubs or anything. My dr is a firm believer that slime must come out and not allowed to become muck

Just one a day....have to be careful with the fruit as we don't want to ingest too much sugar but with the spinach ones you can still eat as much as spinach during the day/evening in salads, meals etc. Some of the ones i've seen are actual meal replacements though, but some of them are just for a snack or first thing in the morning. Fertility foods = Lots of leafy greans like kale & spinach, beans, berries, healthy fats, lentils, oily fish, wholegrains etc. Im still learning about all the great foods for fertility so i'll pass on any info to you girls! :)

@Madie1 - I agree with Nicola, still sounds promising. With my first pregnancy I only got a faint BFP on CD36 and I had 27 day cycles 2 months prior to getting pregnant. So keep the faith hun.

@NicolaF - Thanks for sharing, I will definitely look into taking some Maca. And how many smoothies a day?

@Madie still sounds promising! My cousin and friend both got their BFP only two weeks after missed AF!! Good luck xxx
@Babydreaming yip got recipes for some smoothies full of fertility enhancing ingreidents! Maca powder is the main ingredient! Easy and affordable, coz lets face it some of this stuff is ridiculously priced. Just an extra way of getting goodness in your body! i'll list some examples
@Ayesha hope the 2ww goes fast, must be difficult without being able to focus on food!! xxx

So heres two of the smoothies recipes i've been given

Peaches & Cream - 2x peaches, 1x banana, 1tsp maca powder, 1/4 cup yoghurt, vanilla essence, water - BLEND!
Blast Fertility smoothie - 1/4cup blueberries, 1/4 cup strawberries, handful spinach, 1tsp maca, 1x date, water - BLEND

Some of these ask for fertility antioxidants or protein powder but its optional.

@NicolaF and @babydreaming2017 im on cd29 now, AF normaly comes by cd26. My whole system might still be messed up from 2 months ago but gunae was very happy with my last follow up so i dont know.... I havent had my normal symptoms that i usually get when AF comes so we must just wait and see i guess
