Juandre, how is your pregnancy going?? how far along are you now?

Juandre, thank you for the advice. I think as everything is starting to "sink in" she is getting a bit depressed. We are all trying to show her as much love and support as possible. She is very lucky to have her mom 3 blocks away and they are extremely close. She will have a day and night nanny for the kids but we will also try offload them from her. Also offered to cook meals to freeze etc so she wont have to worry about cooking for the family. She has so many people here for her so I think it does help...

I have already bought a voucher for her and I to go have a pedi and massage when she is up for it. Just a little treat for the 2 of us to spend a little time together. We went last year when I was on maternity leave and she was pregnant

Cols- my mom had breast cancer and it is very emotional for everyone concerned. Your SIL is in my thoughts.
A friend of mine's sister was diagnosed 18 months ago. She did have a mastectomy and treatment but is now ready for the reconstruction as she is clear.
From experience I feel the important thing is to stay positive for her, encourage her to be positive whenever she has the strength to be so. But let her know that it is ok for her to fall apart too, crying is so important for any healing- physical or emotional! It's also important for her to rest as your body needs that to heal so if you can relieve her of the baby so that she can have some time out, even buy her a treatment at a spa.

It's her 4th wedding anniversary today

She went in monday to drink that dye and have an MRI. Tuesday she went in and they inserted drains into her lymph nodes - left and right side. She came out yesterday but the drains are still in. Saturday morning she's going in to see the specialist and get the results of this week's testing. Also probably find out what the next steps will be for her treatment.

I think it's all becoming very real now...

My side, I am doing good. Not TTC currently, will go to FS on 20 Spet and then do next round!

Other than that I need to lose wieght. I am planning a bachlorette, planning a birthday party
