Ag, I phoned at 3pm, they asked me to call back now at 15:30 because he had just walked in and had 6 patients waiting to see him, that had already been there for 2 hours waiting.
So, I am currently listening to the telephone music they play when you're on HOLD!!!!!! They answered, said please hold, and I'm STILL holding......yohhhhh!!!!!!!!!
