Andy, ARGH!!! Have you used the Progesterone Cream yet? I started it last night again so hopefully with that and the B6 (which I can only take 2 as anymore I get constipated ) I wont spot this month. It is so frustrating and so irritating as it kind of takes the fun out of waiting for AF (if that makes sense)

I've got my DH on Sperm-I-Prove!! He takes 2 a day, with a zinc supplement as well. So we'll see. Just started this month. It's R89 at our local pharmacy. But good to hear that someone in the field is so positive about it. Because that Staminogro is really expensive!!
