Well haven't posted here before but I like the vibe you ladies set

Just an update, we are currently preparing for IUI. I go for a scan tomorrow to check on my follies again and then if all looks good then IUI on Sunday or Monday.
We just really hope this first round works. There is no way we can afford another round of IUI before our wedding in April. I have just realized fertility treatment is addictive coz once you start you can't stop
I really wish our Med aids would pay especially if we have the funds available. We are with Discovery and the 2nd best plan and they still full of nonsense LOL But i read a while back that there was a group of people who went to court to try convince med aids that infertility is an illness and needs to be covered my med aid. I mean if all med aids pay for HIV treatment then why not fertility treatment hey!
Anyway we are positive this round will work and we are even preparing ourselves for twins. We know our chances are bigger for that.

AFM: Month 3 of SMEP!! Got an app with gynae on the 25th of March so if this round is not successfull then I at least have an app for POA! If I'm pregnant this round then bonus I also have the app!

Strikkie, that's the thing, we never heard what happened eventually....
I'm assuming he had to go, as I'm sure she would have been on to say it's all ok, and it's all going ahead as planned!
I just hope she managed ot find out about freezing the sperm before he goes - that would have helped alot! But again, her LO would have had to go with for the IUI, which was another obstacle....

Hayley : As Strikkie briefly said, she was supposed to have IUI, but then DH got told he might/most probably would be out the country on business during that time, so she was very worried.....

Hayley, jip i'm almost on the outside of the world
I sent myself for bloods no, really i know the girl at the bloods so everything 4-6 mths i go to her and she fill in the forms for the dr and i tell her to test for everything, so he just get the results and phone me. He know by now i dont go to him that often

I also wonder about Ika, did her DH get to move the meeting and can they carry on with the IUI???
