Hi ladies, one last thing. I didn't even take that much note of who said what and it was purely Tazzy's post that triggered the whole reaction from my side. I just felt sad that "one of your own" feels reluctant to post here:

Tazzy wrote:

Andy and Hayley - I totally agree with you RE insensitive preg women. Is it really necessary for them to rub it in your face? And then they recon they are the most fertile women on earth! Its so unnecessary!
That's the reason why I don't come chat on your thread much, I don't want you to think that's what I'm doing. But I'm always in the background checking up you girls, and waiting for your BFP!!

So, no Andy (and whoever also feels like this), you didn't open a can of worms. Tazzy's comment just got to me today (told you I had a down day).

I will feel much better if we can close this can of worms now  . Enjoy the weekend, everybody.

Seeing as I was the one who opened this can of worms, I should probably also put in my 2c worth...

Ai I had so much to say and now it's all gone.

Rakker, I did say in my post that I am happy for someone if they get a BFP and that it is natural for a pregnant lady to brag and moan and "rub other peoples noses in" the fact that she's pregnant. Pregnancy, and the resulting baby of course, is a gift and it is that woman's right to be happy and to want to share her happiness with her friends and family. All I meant that was that a little tact goes a long way if she knows about the person she is bragging to's struggle/TTC journey.

This thread has never in the (almost) year that's it's been running, had any kind of disagreement or uglyness or cattiness. So when I do get upset or jealous (because jealousy is most probably the biggest part of it in all honesty) about someone who goes off the pill and falls pregnant that same month and then comes posts here about her BFP, I don't rant and rave or comment on the thread. Nobody knows how I feel about it. I go off-line and rant and rave on Skype to the TTC girls I have on there who I know feel exactly the same way as I do.

Most of us have come a long way together, even from before Moomie... There are a lot of old Pampers ladies on here. We have formed a close-knit group and I'm sure many, if not all of the us, conciders the other girls real friends. So we feel each others pain and we cry together and we laugh together. And personally, it was great to see that other sometimes feel the same as me on this particular subject.

We've always welcomed new members with open arms. The ladies here are a wealth of information and we've never been stingy or nasty about sharing that knowledge with newcomers or the less-informed newcomers. And when they get their BFP, be it within a month or a year, all of us congratulate her, and mean it.

So, I'm sorry if you felt unwelcome after that post. That was not the intention at all. I was actually just trying to make Hayley feel normal. It's nice to know that you have been silently following all our stories and to know that there's just one more person praying for all us.

Ag Strik, I might have overreacted. I am not sorry about what I said, but I might have been more sensitive about the comments today as I am having a down day. I am a person who is extremely sensitive towards other people's feelings, so I am so afraid of offending someone or make them cross at me. I hate conflict and didn't want my post to sound like I was picking a fight.

PS: When you get your BFP, I will do a few extra dance moves, which will really make me look like an elephant doing ballet. I have been following your ups and downs for ages now, so I think it is time for your lucky break.

I think you got the idea that I am not sympathetic and make light of your feelings  . If so, you deffinitely got the wrong idea. I tried so hard to make that clear in my post... I respect your feelings and really sympathise as much as possible. I also don't judge your feelings of envy, anger, frustration etc. at all. You have the right to experience those feelings. In fact, I told a friend who was struggling to conceive that she must tell God how angry she is with Him for not helping her to get pregnant, and not to ignore her feelings. I think it is much healthier to express your feelings. I just wanted to caution against taking those frustrations out on those uninformed people. Give a go at the insensitive ones, by all means!

There are alot of sore broken hearts and people on this thread so please just bear with the feelings and what is a thread like this if true feelings can't really be shared.

I totally agree. I never meant it to sound like I think you shouldn't do this. I just felt very uneasy and unwelcome when I read some of the comments and also wanted to express my feelings by means of my loooong post. So see it in that light.

And no hard feelings at all. I can't even remember who made which comments, LOL. As long as you don't see me as the enemy from now on.

To conclude: Make love (BD :woohoo: ), not war...

Cool, no worries.
