2K: Thanks for the laught!!!!

Justine: Really sorry for your loss! It is so unfair when it happens and it hurt like crazy!!!!

I hate it when some ladies go:''yes I went of the pill and was pragnant the day after, man I am fertile, or say I just have to look at a baby then I fall pregnant!"" Granted that most of the times these people do not know that I am struggeling! Or even trying! So I REALLY can not get angry at them.

Also I hate it when people with 2/3 kids say to me: I have no time for myself, you are so lucky to have one, you do not inderstand how hard it is when you have 2!!!!
I want to smack then on the hand and say, YOU ARE SO LUCKY!!! I WOULD GIVE ANYTHING!!!!!!

I ignore it when I know the person has no idea about my situation, BUT it kills me when it is family or friends who I have told or have cried about these things! Or when they give stupid advice. Like my one friend said to me last week, you think you took a break from TTC, but you told us about yuor one friend who had twins last month, so you did not really get your mind of it! WHAT THE HELL! Should I now not look at babies or talk to people with babies because I am.... ggggggrrrrrr.... do not even get me started!!!

Simone: I heard about that lady on 5fm this morning! How amazing!

Rakker: I understand what you are saying. When I joined my first blog I remembered the one girl struggeld for 3 months and was so sad about it, and then other was struggeling for ages. Some times it feel worst from month to month. But TTC is a bad game with lotsa pain, no matter the amount of time. I a happy for anybody who get a BFP (Green jalous sometimes) but happy. Just so badly wish it could be me!!!!!!!!

AFM:
I am gonna see my FS tuesday!!!! Can not wait!!!! I hope he have developed some magical pill or some great garanteed idea and I conceive a little arme of mixed gender babies, all perfect and magical. I hope all this happens when I walk into his office and I walk out without my AF and with a BFP!!!!
My new work cologue plays amazing gospil music the whole day. Starting to feel like angels praying for my uterus!

I got pregnant on my first try with my daughter but struggled like hell for my second have have been TTC for 10 months now for number 3 so I have experience from all angles. I understand what you are saying but let say (Hypothetically) you had struggled to fall pregnant even it is was only for 6 months lets say don't you think you might have viewed some of our replies in a more sympathetic manner and not been so quick to make light of our feelings? I am delighted that you fell pregnant so quickly and only pray that it could always be so easy for everybody. There are alot of sore broken hearts and people on this thread so please just bear with the feelings and what is a thread like this if true feelings can't really be shared and yes that does go to each side, those that struggle for long Like 18 months or 5 years and those that think 2 BPN's in the first 2 cycles is hard and depressing.

Hi ladies

Read so much now..wish when I clicked reply it'd take me back further :( Or I should sit with a pen and paper!

I laughed so loud and the DH with the sensitivity of a rhino! Men hey?? They cant help themselves!

Strikkie I was in my doctor's room on the bed for my exam...getting up I thought...'ask doc about endo in pretoria' and he then tells me to jump on scale and comes to measure my waist...and right there I forgot to ask for referral. I however dont mind calling or emailing him so please let me know if you've found somebody and made an appointment.

Justine I am so sorry for your loss :(

Tracy and SH I wanted to say...I hope your cycles being in synch will be a better match, luck for each other and yield full term pregnancies with pink chubby babies;-)

Okay I have to go back because I'm blank now!

Ladies off topic I read on people.com (dont judge me..lol) that a child that was abducted at 19 days old...was reunited with family after 23yrs and 4m! Can you believe that?? its insane and so amazing!! Gives me hope that one day little Madeleine will be reunited with her family...and so many other abducted children:-(

Hi Ladies. I'm going to play a bit of devil's advocate  ...

I hear what you are saying about people joining the thread and then get BFP after 2 months of TTC and then "rubbing it in" or people who lament because they are not pregnant yet and they have already been TTC for 3 months
:side: !

But, don't you think a thread that doesn't have the title of "Struggling to conceive" or "Trying to conceive for years now" (just some stupid examples) should accommodate all, even those who get it right first time? I never got to join the thread like I wanted to, because getting pregnant just happened. I am not going to be sorry for getting pregnant so easily. I am not going to feel guilty about it, because I have no reason to do that.

Of course I never posted about my BFP, because even though I read every single post, I never really was part of the thread. But, if I was part of the thread for 2 months and got my BFP, I would have posted my BFP and left. I have to be able to do that without coming under fire.

About ladies lamenting that they are not pregnant yet and have only been TTC for a short period: These ladies are really only uninformed and have obviously not read through the 613 or something pages like I did. So bear with them in a way that you will bear with an 18 year old with no life experience. Give the info and don't make them feel unwelcome just because they didn't know better. They are not insensitive and don't mean to offend anyone. They are truely worried, because they don't know the facts.

So, just to clarify (I am afraid of being flamed here...): If a pregnant friend knows how you have been struggling to get pregnant or knows about the MC that you had or the baby that you lost, it is truely insensitive to rub your belly in front of you or to make too much of a fuss about her pregnancy (or complain about MS when you would love to experience it, if only you could get pregnant). But, if an uninformed forum member posts the type of things that I mentioned, feel jealous and angry and sad, but don't hold it against that person.

To close my little rant, I wish for every single lady on this forum and every other woman who desparately wants to get pregnant, those 2 lines and the resulting baby in her arms. I cry when you ladies get a BFN, I cry when you get your BFP. So, I would love it if one or 2 of you can cause some happy tears in the near future.

Alexander (the Great) born 17 Feb 2009, now a little man:-)

Andy and Hayley - I totally agree with you RE insensitive preg women. Is it really necessary for them to rub it in your face? And then they recon they are the most fertile women on earth! Its so unnecessary!
That's the reason why I don't come chat on your thread much, I don't want you to think that's what I'm doing. But I'm always in the background checking up you girls, and waiting for your BFP!!

Hayley - I hope chloe gets better soon and you get a good nights sleep tonight! And well done on the great prog count!

Hi Tazzy

Can't beleive you are so far along already. I love the name you chose. My Friend had a girl last year and chose the same name, it's beautiful. On your point to Hayley and Andy, you walked a path with some of these girls for a fair amount of time and built a connection with them and that makes the situation different. You would be sensitive to the moment and not rub things in.
