TTC 2012 Group Year of the ball, Year of the bump

Hi all

we will hopefully do AI on Monday, CD15.
I went for a scan yesterday CD11- 2 follies one 22mm and another 15mm. lining still on the thin side, so needs a few more days to get thicker. Started LH bloods this morning until Sat. If I surge naturally, then AI will be the next day, otherwise I have to give myself a trigger shot on Sat night.
Trying to relax but anxiety is creeping in.
Have another scan tomorrow morning.

I'm back to update....

Just tok a chance to call for my blood results, and they were there.
Bloods on Monday @ 15:00pm = 740
Bloods today @ 8:00am = 2633!!!!
YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HCG calculator show them doubling at a rate of 35.5 hours at the moment SO SOOOOO HAPPPYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!

Had my (hopefully) last set of bloods taken this morning so I will hopefully have them back after 4pm today, or tomorrow. As long as they have doubled, then I'll be SO happy!

Tracy - RELAX!!! The most important thing right now is your bloods doubling like they should. A scan is not accurate at this stage at all. That is why most Gynae's will not scan before 8 weeks!

I know how hard it is ... been in your shoes! But let the blood results keep you sane until you're able to see your gynae.

Ag, I'm honestly not even thinking of twins. I'm sure it was probably the yolk and the sac we were seeing on the first scan. There where 2 disctinct seperate black circles, same size etc. Even my 7 year old son nearly shot over the moon. But I'm sure it must have been just yolk and sac. I'm not thinkng twins at all.
But what throws me is why would my bloods be indicating 5-6 weeks pregnant (as per the lab), and the scan showing max four and a half.
Worries the hell out of me.
I know for now your bloods doubling are what count the most - and mine are doubling perfetly at a rate of 42 hours for now, so that's kept me sane. But the scan vs bloods is just driving me a tad insane!

Sorry for the rant & blabbbbbbbing ladies!! You know I'm usually cool, calm and collected. Suddenly, I'm not so much right now.
