FS says he think i o'ed last night or early this morning and we should BD again tonight just to be safe. My baarmoederslijm stuff is also nice and thick again and he said something about the slijm stuff in the cervix which is also apparantly good!

I am so happy, this is the 1st time that I know 100%that i ovulated!

We have another appointment on the 23rd to discuss all the results and scans, so they told me to test the morning before we go, exciting times!

My boobs are hurting today and i had a massive break out on my face, so this must all be due to ovulating!

Hayley- i don't know which iron supplement would be best, i have most of a full bottle of FoodState iron that wasn't strong enough for the tweenies growth, you're welcome to have it on saturday if you want to try it out.

If your body is iron deficient it will keep the blood for itself for longer hence the longer cycle so iron might firstly bring your cycle length down. Also it's difficult for the body to produce a baby if it is in an anemic condition. A lot of women who struggle with fertility find that iron supplements help within 6 months sometimes as quickly as 6w.

What do iron supplements do? Which one do i take? Im just taking folic acid and hubby is on folic acid as well as Sperm Aid

Laliek- my friend you are quite the social butterfly ne? LOL every time i try to have coffee with you you're wayyyyyyyyy too busy for me! LOL at this rate it's gonna be a quickie coffee after the twins are born.

Hayley- I'm doing well thanks hun. Sorry i don't want to sound like a preacher but i just don't believe in self diagnosing and self medicating that far. It's one thing to take supplements of your own accord but when it comes to something like inducing ovulation i think you need to be careful.

Have you tried taking iron supplements? are your cycles back to a regular length yet?

Ilse- sorry this meet is quite a bit south, just wanted to keep this last one close to the multiple mommies as for some it may be their last meet for a while. I promised the PTA ladies the next one WILL be more up their way like Centurion or maybe even closer probably in Dec! Still hoping to meet you sometime!!Xx
