Hayley- sorry to hear about your friend, very sad!

Dr Lingham is really fantastic in his field and I'm sure he knows what an Ovidrel shot is, I'm sure he just didn't know why you were wanting it until he gets to check you over himself. I know a lot of Dr's won't prescribe treatment on the diagnosis of someone else especially without medical notes to back up findings. Try to relax and see what he says on Monday, I'm sure CD14 won't be too late and if it is then there's always another month. I know it always seems like another and another month but there's no use in rushing into treatment that may be badly timed and therefore a waste of money, sometimes our cycles are just really badly timed with weekends and fully booked Dr's but at least once you've seen him and he can clearly check you over he can come up with a great POA.

you've waited so long already, a little longer for the sake of perfectly timed conception will be worth it I promise.

Lalie, that makes perfect sense. Sort of... At least now I understand why AF is so sore this time around!! I can actually feel the "contractions"!!

Hayley, shame man. That is horrible!! I can't imagine what they must be going through right now. Strongs to you too. It must be tough having these kind of reminders.

Vix, sorry to confuse you.. LOL!!! Yeah, i will see what he says, will be seeing him on CD 14 so i hope im not to late... He wasnt sure what i was talking about when i spoke about the Ovidrel, so im hoping he will be able to give me a script..

Claire, how you? I replied your PM :)

Girls, im so sad... A friend i work with, him and his wife have been married for about 4 yrs and they have been trying for about 2 yrs to fall pregnant with no fertility drugs etc... She fall pregnant and went on Friday for her 20 week check up scan, only to find that there was no heartbeat and the cord had wrapped around the baby's neck and she suffocated... She went in this morning to have a c-section... Brings back so many memories of Liam, as i was 20 weeks and 4 days and she was 20 weeks... She was expecting alittle girl.. :(

Hi girls!

Sorry, haven't posted in a while, been very busy!

Vix - I won't be joining this weekend. Greenstone is way too far for me, plus we are going away for the weekend.

Ika & Esmari - jammer oor jul hondjies! Dis baie hartseer! xxx

Lalie - so glad you have a new plan and that you are feeling SO positive! Really holding thumbs!

Sue- good luck with the last 2 exams!

Hayley - is it cold in JHB that you say winter is here again? Because in Pta it is very humid hot and over cast, not cold at all. Hope you get your script, but doctors won't really easily give you a script if they didn't personally prescibed the treatment, so good luck!

klk - I think you got all your bases covered! Really hope spermies were good little boys and found the eggie!

Andy - so sorry about very painful and clotty periods!

Everyone else - I will catch up still on all the posts, but "HI"!!!

AFM - nothing much, just in BD-mode
