Girls, I'm having these funny cramps... It almost feels like ovulation pains (I think), but it's more in my right side "lies". Come Afrikaans girls, wat is mens se lies is Engels? Anyway, it's not a constant pain, it's just like a jab every now and again...

Do it Andy!! Then once you have got to your goal weight take another and compare. I must say even though Im not looking forward to actually getting into a bikini and having to pose but I am looking forward to seeing the difference in what I was like.

Andy, I am 1m80. Before falling pregnant I weighed 68kgs put on 15 with Connor, lost 13 in the first 4 weeks and have battled to lose the last 2. So I weigh 70kg's. My BMI was 33 and since starting gym its gone down to 22 (well the lost time I checked was about 2 months ago). Will be checking again this weekend. My PT did before photos and she wants to do after photos, THIS WEEKEND Im really not looking forward to it, but we have to do it before I fall pregnant again which fingers crossed is this month Have definitely lost in cm's though.

So to cut a long story short, I know how you feel. I may not look fat but I dont feel comfy either. Still have a boep which I dont think I will ever lose
