Help- I'm officially a cloth nappy user!!

And all the way so that you have a rectangle, you can put it into the cover like this, but I like to flare it out to catch any loose stools or and it helps keep baby a bit more dry around the sides, the next pic will show how that looks.

Here goes, I'm going to do this step by step, so bear with me...

Here is how the nappy looks. I bought the material for R55/m and got 12 nappies out of 2m. Usually I would buy white, but they didn't have a good quality white towelling, so I got beige... Now the nappies are really looking very earthy!!

The velt worked like a charm!! My normally very wet (even in Huggies Gold) baby got up totally dry this morning!! I did put a fleece cover over the nappy and its normal waterproof for the night as I do this over Huggies to keep him dry at night, but even that was dry this morning!!

I know I said I would post pics, just didn't get a chance today. I'll go get the camera now...

So I was inspired by this thread to try and see if my LG would keep still for her cloth nappies and she did and she pooped and she usually only goes once a day so I only put a liner in her first nappy, then she pooped the other 3 for the day full, front to back Teething is no joke!

Anyhow, now 2 of my 3 BM waterproofs need a wash!

I was wondering if there is anyone here who did cloth with an older child who also potty trained earlier than peers? I wonder if that is true, that cloth babies potty train earlier.
