Help- I'm officially a cloth nappy user!!

I know quite a lot of people with Bumbeetles who love their nappies. I just don't know why you have had such bad luck Karienh. The only thing I can think of is tht the microfibre insert is perhaps getting too full and then like sponge it releases all the liquid back into the cover with a little pressure.

Please also remember one crucial thing ladies, when you pay such cheap prices for nappies, please don't expect miracles of them. the more expensive nappies definately are of higher quality so do take that into account when purchasing and using the nappies. The only nappy that is really "Cheap" but is a real workhorse is the econobum.

Mhm, Karien. Maybe you can take just one nappy to someone who sews and they can try and resize them. What'd you think?
How many covers do you have? Would you consider selling one to me for me to try on my son?

Forgot to add, i think, when talking about new nappies/brands, you should post the pictures, i tried to google most of then, then i get blocked my works policy. So i think you should post the nappes here as well.

I like this cloth nappy forum, when i get my BFP, i will definatelly invest on them, i do have 2 MN cloth nappies and 2 Bamboo and 1 Cheerub, i bought these for my son, then became very lazy. With the next i will definatley buy more and only use cloth nappies.

bulelwam, they leak around the legs and it's because of a bad fit. But he started wearing them when he was about 2 months old and he's almost 5 months and they still leak, so I don't they are ever going to fit him well.

I'm thinking of selling them, because they're driving me crazy.

Are they maybe a bit big for baby? or why do you think they leak?
Coz am planning on using the Snugglies on my newborn too so I need to know if I should invest in them or not.

hi bulelwam - I have beetlebum nappies which is like the snugglies and they leak all the time. I just can't get them to fit my baby. Although I know other people love theirs. So maybe you should first try one snuggly bum and see how it works for you.
