Help- I'm officially a cloth nappy user!!

I need help! I also have mildew on my nappies and I can't get rid of it. I've stripped them in really really hot water, washed them with vinegar and baking soda and have left them in the sun for days. I don't know what else to do.

GwenE, how's your nappies doing? Has anything helped.

I'm a bit desperate because these nappies were a pretty big buy and we cant afford to buy new ones now.

As far as I know I do everything right. Put them in a dry bucket. Rinse the dirty ones and when they're really dirty I spray them with probac. I was every second day with Mary Ann's and dry them in the sun.

Any advice would really be appreciated

Hello cloth nappy mommies

I just wanted to let you know something I figured out...When Skye was newborn, I made several fleece waterproofs for her. Obviously she has since grown out of them, but we do part-time EC and she goes bare-bum a lot of the time. Now that it's getting warmer and we're outside a lot more, I can't let her sit bare-bummed on the grass. Her newborn size fleece waterproofs fit perfectly as little underwear If she wee's in them, they dry very quickly, on and off easily with the press-studs and comfy So, those mommies who made fleece waterproofs, keep it in mind hen you're potty training
